I don't think that is possible since this game doesn't have so many storylines or characters (it has different ambitions).

This game is for the patient, but I think it's rewarding. I sincerely hope the developer finishes it.

Yeah, I made fun of the blue balls situation with the main characters, but at least dev is advancing in his story, slowly but steady, and this update was really great.

Sure, we all want to see the MC and Amelie doing it, but it's like you said: this game is for the patients. If fans aren't looking for a slow burn game, then maybe they should look for other AVNs that are faster in that regard.

This game burns so slowly that even the NPCs in it have begun to age slowly. And now they look older and more and more alike.

I'll explain further for you then: One is the dev purposely delaying sex scenes for no reason other than to stall progression and milk patrons as long as possible(i.e. blueballing), and the other is that the story requires time to be set up before we get to the good stuff.

This one falls under the first one because it has close to no story whatsoever. The only thing holding back the progression is the dev. I don't personally care if that is what this game is, but calling this game a slow burn is an insult to actual slow burns.
