After his patreon account dropped, he switch to boosty, and I read boosty like patreon in Russia,
So he is Russian.

Hey mate, you are 50 % right because Boosty is a company made in Nederland's. Yes, it works better in Russian because they did not block it like other donation programs. But I am also waiting for game updates; I hope he's going to give us more than one chapter.
