Well the the public release for the last version was pinned and apparently it was taken down about an hour ago. He's probably about ready to post a test version. You know more about this stuff than I do though.

There has been a pinned post on Patreon for users that have access and it's the very top post for people to download the "current' version, that pinned post has now been removed.

Well considering he's never taken down the pinned public release for a status update, it implies that he's about ready to post the test version. We'll have to wait and see what happens, but it's a good sign.
It means that he has been active, at least today. I hope he uploads the test version. 3 weeks without any update, it should be the next chapter not a progress report
