There is still hope, as Xenorav's Patreon account was also deleted, and he later recovered it to upload Chapter 9.

In my opinion, I think the update could arrive at the end of this year or early next year.
So version 0.10 will be released any day now.

You are mostly correct, except for when you say his Patreon was deleted and later recovered. That was not what happened, the Patreon page was under revision for a while, but never fully taken down. By the time 0.9 was released, the page was up again, and from what Xenorav said, he didn't even know about it, let alone try to "recover" it.

The Patreon page being down is a new factor in this development cycle. Earnings probably took a hit. No one knows if or how this is gonna affect release dates. My advice is, just don't create expectations. We're always in the dark with this dev, the update might come out tomorrow, next year, or never. We'll know when it arrives.
