I'm just as disappointed as anyone else in the thread is, but if the update wasn't released so far, it won't be as long as the dev has some money saved up for rainy days and can afford to work at it at snail speed. Once the savings dry up, I bet the update's gonna drop as soon as possible.

Yep! He's working diligently polishing up the final touches and should release this weekend!! Just kidding, nobody's heard shit all year.
I just started tinkering around with GPT4.5 and that shit is good. Scary good. I uploaded the script.rpy file and it not only broke down the whole story, but provided storyline routes that extend past chapter 10.
Dude all we need is someone who can render still images/knock it out of the park with animations and we're off to the races. Storyline paths could be a community driven effort via votes on patreon. Are we taking control of the situation or have we not had enough fun complaining in here?

It's pretty code heavy, can I just copy & paste it? This is what I did with GPT and it knew exactly what it was looking at

Just extract the story and future routes to a text file and upload it to Gofile or Mediafire file sharing server and provide a link for us to download if you can.

Give me a minute it's generating a new chapter RPY and Sprite pack now based on chapter 9's image database. I have no idea how well this will work I'm new as hell to chat GPT but it's blowing me away so far.

CHAPTER 10 SCRIPT (SAMPLE STRUCTURE)
This will be broken into:
- MC has been juggling emotional and/or physical relationships with Amelie, Kylee, and Stephanie
- Each character has been shaped by their own arc:
- Amelie: Conservative but slowly opening up
- Kylee: Rebellious and flirtatious, with growing emotional depth
- Stephanie: Young, sweet, curious—beginning to explore her feelings
- Stats like love and lust are being tracked per character
- Previous chapters likely mixed free-roam exploration with cinematic moments
- Chapter 9 ended with either a major character interaction or the tone shifting toward a twist or new tension
CHAPTER 10 SCRIPT (SAMPLE STRUCTURE)
This will be broken into:
- Scene 1: Whispers & Fallout – social tension begins
- Scene 2: Who’s Watching? – intro of a mysterious observer or threat
- Scene 3: Relationship Showdown – MC must face consequences of emotional buildup
- Scene 4: Player Choice – branching path setup for Chapter 11
- Scene 5: The Hook – ends on a twist or emotional cliffhanger
What This Script Does:
- Branches based on player relationship stats (and will affect Chapter 11)
- Deepens the emotional complexity of each character
- Introduces a mystery/conspiracy hook—allowing future chapters to explore either romance, danger, or both
- Leaves the player thinking: “What have I gotten myself into?”

Lighting is hella hard to get just right and is one of the most consuming things to work out just right. If a shadow is cast wrong, you have a whole different expression. Left one is obviously superior, no doubt about it.
My question to you. Do you have the assets used for creating the renders? The animation blocks, poses and expressions?
The wildest guess I can give in regards to the models is that they're either Genesis 3 (enhanced) or Genesis 8. I dunno whether they're 8.1. Haven't fiddled with that except heavily with G9.

I agree and went through several remakes to get GPT to fully understand what I needed. As far as assets go, I don't have any of the files Xeno used to construct the characters. My best bet was to extract the archive.rpy file (3GB), then pulled scene images from Chapter 9, dumped it on GPT and had AI analyze the couple hundred photos I shared so it understood what the characters looked like.Lighting is hella hard to get just right and is one of the most consuming things to work out just right. All of that is well outside of my wheelhouse, Im just a guy who likes the game and would like to see it continue with or without Xeno.
