1. The person who starts version 2, even though they played the first one, doesn't understand what's going on.
2. MC doesn't need CRIS to fuck his mother since she already said yes during his therapy session.
3. CRIS didn't seduce his own mother since he drugged her to be able to rape her.

But you didn't answer my question. I played the first release all the way through, and was about to play this update, till I saw people saying that there was a forced MMF scene where you rape a drugged woman.

I like player agency, and don't like forced stuff, so I asked the question.
