The expected output and the string in regedit for the HWID match completely, any idea why it still isn't working?
The game has a complicated system to authenticate the user.
most important thing is Your "key" its 3 serial numbers:
Motherboard SerialNumber
Bios SerialNumber
OperatingSystem SerialNumber
(Powershell script)
We put these 3 together, generate a sha1 hash. make it 32 characters. Thats your key, or Computer ID
ex:
z73qgzbZWRzA2gZXJb9RnxQ67ZkGDnr6
heres the code the game uses. its the same as the powershell script, just in another
coding language
Only reason I can think of is not working is because the game does not get the same 3 required serial numbers as the powershell script does. thus not making your HWID valid. Maybe its something else. i have no idea.

Is anyone able to get unityexplorer / bepinex to work with the newest (v0.4.8.1) version? I'm following the directions outlined earlier in the thread I just can't get the F7 panel to show no matter what I do.

)extract BepInEX to the main Heat folder. then open the BepInEX folder, create a new folder and name it "plugins" and extract the UnityExplorer folder into that. when its done it should look like pics below.

As the person above explained, I was referring to that registry location under hkey current user. if you change the name of the HEAT folder in the registry to something else and then run the game, the game will generate a new registry entry for all the config stuff it stores there. Just a potential fix, I DID it, but can't guarantee it's what made it work.. but now at least I haven't needed any new crack files, I performed the crack on the 4.8.0, and the 4.8.1 install authenticates just fine. Something like this though I expect to get patched when edef notices it

I admit I was skeptical of the android girl when the last vote happened, but as usual they did an excellent job. She needs a bit of work for collision in certain poses (as they all inevitably always do) and appears to lactate from ghost nipples, but the soul is certainly there.
To be real though, the real value in this update is the kissing. I was skeptical when I read that in the changelog, but that feature turned out to be way hotter and more immersive than I thought it would be. The real value Heat has always had over other games/sims in this genre is how lifelike they make their characters feel, and having them actively lean towards you when you get close is surprisingly intimate and immersive (if a little uncanny when you take off the headset afterword).

Should be the case. Though I'll say pre cracked doesn't sit as easily as a crack you can read all the lines of code of, like the registry edit posted earlier. unless you're downloading all this on an isolated network with a dummy machine, which in that case go right ahead. Though I've never gotten a virus from the files downloaded here, you get burned once you're done you know?

is it just for me that the game just simply doesn't start? like, it opens a new window, followed by a black screen, and it immediately pops up "Heat.exe stopped responding". I've tried opening several versions from different links, tried desktop mode, but literally nothing seems to work.
i actually feel like i'm missing something really obvious but this is my last effort to making this work, any help is appreciated!
