yes, you have to go through an automated process in their discord to get permanent access. keep in mind the 7.0 versions are tester patrons only for now.
Also I would only subscribe if you really care about mods. A user in the thread for this has archived a lot of them, but I personally found it easier to subscribe if you like it enough and sort through mods in their discord. If you DL the archive someone made, you will have mod problems bc they're not all compatible together. It's a bitch that way at the end of the day, but the dev's themselves say its on the mod makers to make them compatible, so can't blame the archiver too much.
As others have said, 3 days is a very quick turnaround for a completed model - 3 days and you maybe get the concept completed and beginning work on the model in most cases.
It'd be fair to say around two to four weeks is reasonable for most characters from a full time group, who have a lot of experience in 3D modelling, animating, rigging, and texturing. Maybe a few characters could reasonably take 2 months or more if a special system needs to be implemented for them specifically.
This game (as well as virtually every other subscription-supported game) suffers from the same disease as far as I'm concerned - the monthly income from patreon or whatever other platform is just too good to give up. Once they release the 1.0 on Steam or whatever other platform, they're going to need to provide *some* reason for people to keep giving them money. Easiest way to do this is to just *never plan for a release*, and push a 1.0 out the door once it's clear supporters are getting (understandably) annoyed their promised 1.0 on steam at a one-time fixed price has not happened.

It's the models for the female masturbation poses. They are actual models that are only used in those instances but still have to be objects loaded in game to work.
if I had to guess, tab menu doesn't work because of the crack, otherwise a bug so obvious like this would've been officially fixed on the next patch after it got reported, and not continue broken for about a year

How do I make the mods to work now? The game tries to load them when I open it but it gets stuck. Also, all characters lost all skins, nothings appears. I've extracted them inside the Mods folder.

Not all of the mods work with the recent version of the game, some mods conflict with each other, and loading the game with multiple mods does take a little longer depending on how many mods you have in the Mods folder. Only put mods you want active in the Mods folder, and only use one skin mod at a time for each character.

Now that is interesting, because both methods currently used shouldn't affect this menu. As in, I test it before uploading, and the tab menu works.
define "both methods"
all I ever did whenever a new update got released was download the game from the main thread, extract and run anthroheat.exe
never opened anything else, never needed to run it as adm, never used any mod...

i have a quest 2. connect it via link cable to your pc and use steam vr. game works fine.
