What does it for me personally are the breasts. I don't know if it's an optimization limitation thing with their topology, but at any position besides their default resting they start to look funky or malformed, especially if they're scaled up.
I'd have to imagine this is also an optimization thing. Fluids can be really hard to do performantly, and in VR this is even moreso the case. Although even in Heat lots of fluids at once still causes lag.
Thats also the issue with the development, there is so much they refuse to polish or even fix properly, at this point everything is half cooked and yet updates take a month each

Only way i've found is by changing the player height offset in the menus, or changing player scale. kind of awkward tbh. afaik there isnt a crouch toggle or option to swap from standing to seated play.
enabled in the settings and radial menus? iirc theres a toggle somewhere in settings to enable/disable kissing along with nipple sucking
