yeaaa same whats up with that. I patched it and it crashes every time I authenticate it

Try checking the "Patching by Pattern" option -- that resolved the issue for me.

If you've already tried patching the normal way, you'll probably have to restore a backup of the original GameAssembly.dll (the patcher creates a backup folder, so just grab one of the files from there, rename it, and replace the patched file in your Heat VR directory). At that point, you should be able to re-run the patcher with the settings above and have it work.

Changelog 0.3.9.0

• New lockers location, with showers and attached Sauna
• Reduce speed at which characters dry off
• Optimized collision for all characters except Marina. They should have accurate collision in their mouths now
• Fix players sucking dongs that shouldn't be sucked at the time
• Fix auth issue that prevented former patrons from playing 0.3.8.2
• Fix fluid emission point on ladies
• Move characters in the bathroom to reduce clipping a bit
• Even though it was hilarious, we fixed player groin dropping attached dildos
• Music tracks will fade out now
• Fix buttholes on some models
