Though this thread is mainly to post the full game after release right? Since it's going to be a paid game on Steam, I don't think I can officially condone that so maybe I should just let the current owner do their thing and just read the nice comments?

Yes. This is the pirate site and full game will be leaked eventually. Though you can say that you don't condone with sharing which is normal considering it's your game.

Thank you so much and glad you liked it! Thank you for the suggestion, at the moment I don't want to spend too much money on the game as I'm unsure of how much it will earn. And I don't feel comfortable with anyone translating for free/very low price. But I'll keep you in mind if I think it will be worthwhile.

Lol not sure how long the game is, but this is a very competitive price, especially with how great your renders are.
Gives the same vibe of Silksong charges for $20 when it's worth way more.
Pretty sure this will generate you a large amount of goodwill

Thank you so much for the insight! I've seen a lot of games in the 15-30 USD range and think my game is comparable (if not a bit longer). Story is about 3-5 hours depending on how much of the optional content/how quick someone goes through it.

I've played a lot of those games myself and though I enjoyed them I also really didn't think they were worth those prices for the gameplay time. So 9.99-11.99 is something I'm really comfortable with charging as a fair price. And hopefully of course will mean more people buy/play it.

My only concern with charging a somewhat lower than average price is that people might assume the game is not good/very short because of that. Think thats a valid concern?

This is a good price, and perhaps such a low price tag will attract more players. In any case, it will be very interesting to see the final result.

Because of low price (not overpriced like 30 USD) - i have your game on my watchlist and wanna buy it.
Hopefully the itch.io will work for me.
Sadly, i cant buy it over Steam, since such games are blocked in my country (Germany).
