And of course it's been mentioned that all LIs will be optional, and won't just disappear if you aren't on their path (like in Bare Witness).
I'm sure that there's several reasons for this, not the least of which is character and personality design, but it would not surprise me if part of it is to cut down on the ridiculous number of group sex variations (and the dev time that would need) that could occur if all the LIs were bi.

This will be different from BW and some harem games.
Because in this harem there will be small tensions which is the best move, you can rarely see in a harem jealousy, tension and small quarrels for the attention of the MC. We hope we will see this

No shade thrown at my gorgeous pixelated girls there, just making an observation, but storywise, neither Patricia, nor Nikki or Mika don't really have any better options than him for a serious commitment, bcz realistically speaking, most men wouldn't take them seriously enough for that bcz of their job.
As far-fetched as this type of couple sounds, a young, handsome, fit guy like the MC, who's also a millionaire, will make most gold diggers' spidey senses tingle and their pussies get wet like crazy, and Patricia didn't really shy away from making her expectations clear so we'd have something to debate on whether or not she, Nikki and Mika probably too, falls into this category.
My point is, she seems like a sweet, attractive woman, who's had an instant connection with the MC and is sexually attracted to him, all three of them do, but there's a good reason why it's said that appearances are deceiving and first impressions are often wrong, more so for women in their line of work, I'd add.
We'll see in the next updates how they really are as a person and how much they really care about/love the MC.
This aside, anyone know if the devs said anything on whether organized crime stuff will be a thing here too, like it was in BW, or not ?? Might be in the minority on this, but some gangsta shit going down in the story would make it real interesting.

Let's hope you're right about this. I'm also tired of all those cookie-cutter harem porn games, where all the women barely have a problem, if any at all, with each other when they find out they riding the same dick carousel.
Not a big fan of pointless drama, but some arguing and jealousy here and there would be indeed a welcome breath of fresh air, especially when all the women are this fine and likable.

I don't remember there being many games with a plot like that for jealousy and a little tension with a slow burn.
Although I play a couple of such games and they do well so far, but rarely. We just need a good pace and a plot with sexual tension.

Are there no other options though? I mean we only see the town from the MC's perspective, and he only frequents the club once a week. For all we know other people are equally viable candidates. I mean I get what you're saying, but we are seeing a VERY small slice of the people they encounter, and it's even been stated that some of the nights the MC shows up, is a slow night. Honestly, given that the majority of people seem to be relatively chill, the only douchenozzles were the 4-5 dudes that actively are antagonistic.
Oh I'm not saying there isn't SOME calculation at play. That's just how humans operate, that isn't exclusive to sex workers. Keep in mind though, he hasn't actually displayed any significant wealth to them, to make their "goldigger senses" really tingle. He's paid for a few drinks, hasn't been tossing benjamins at the ladies on stage. Hasn't been offering "drinks on me!" or anything like that. At most he has a nice car, which I feel isn't unique to him. He's hardly the first and only guy having a...well not so much a MID-life crisis, as an END-of-life crisis, and went and bought a fancy car.
If we want to play the "monetarily calculating" card regarding their reactions, I would say if that was their primary motivation for getting chummy with the MC, then they should be more skeptical. Because he hasn't done anything to indicate he would be a good money catch. He's maybe indicated he is wealthy, but I'm sure he's hardly the first guy in a club that lied about that to get a girl out of her panties.
My only point is that given the way they talk about him to each other, independent of him being there to hear it, their primary point is more that he is someone that they like, makes them feel comfortable, and puts them at ease. And that he's good looking. And yes, the theoretical sugar daddy angle, which so far is really more of a "told, not shown" from their perspective IS there, but it's hardly their primary point of interest or focus, when discussing him.
Given how often "bisexual" girls in these kind of games actually translates to more of a "She's tolerant of another woman being naked, but always focuses on the dude" scenario, will there actually be group action where the ladies enjoy each other as well as the MC? I get kind of tired of the focus always being all of them servicing the dude, and enjoy scenes where the MC and one of the ladies decide to double-team the other lady and turn her into a quivering puddle of orgasmic bliss. So will there be interactions along that line in coming content?
I mean....me? I don't like it. Not a fan of conflict in general, and especially not with love interests. Like genuine jealousy and sabotaging behavior, nah, hard pass. I think I'd like to see a harem resolved from a more realistic/mature lens instead of the umpteenth harem avn where all the heroines are magically good with each other because the mc said so. Personally was a big fan of the Fawn vs the Pat/Nikki/Nami drama and can't wait to see how it develops.

yes, I am VERY familiar with Bare Witness, and enjoy it for that very feature. The issue is you don't see that one as much, because so many dudes start screaming cuck and NTR the second anyone other than their self-insert MC standin, is getting laid. Even when the MC is literally involved in the action. And given the chemistry between the ladies in this game, and how they will have entire scenes where it's just them interacting with the MC present, it seems possible that the dev might be a bit more egalitarian with their application of who is banging who. That's my hope anyway.

Considering we're the ones that created Bare Witness, I think you can reasonably expect much of the same from us when it comes to the love interests that are bisexual in Heaven's Door.
Totally missed that when I skimmed past the top page. Glad to hear it. Bare Witness is top tier work by the way. One of my favorites of all time. If this is going to be similar in theme/tone to that game's relationships, that makes me feel very optimistic.
