I feel this on a personal level. When I'm trying to talk with Mav about a particular VN and I'm just spitballing names hoping I'm right. :ROFLMAO:

Just a quick note in case the dev is a member.... Don't want to elaborate much.. but "own-race bias" or "cross-race effect." refers to the tendency for people to more easily recognize and differentiate faces of their own racial or ethnic group compared to those of other groups. This bias is believed to arise from greater exposure and familiarity with faces of one's own race. When people see faces from their own group more frequently, they develop more nuanced perceptual skills to distinguish individual differences
