I'm kind of hoping we have a choice or a series of choices that will determine if the MC lives or dies. Cause I really don't mind a bad ending but with this type of story I also wouldn't want a forced good ending either even tho that will be ideal.

I mentioned this earlier but technically the first patient ever to fully recover from this type of brain tumor occurred early last year after a few years of experimental trial treatment and there are other very rare cases of long-term survivors even if the tumor is not fully gone. So there's a hypothetical path based at least a bit on reality if they decide for MC to try experimental treatment and/or get very lucky.
And even if they don't go the route of being fully cured, it could be left open-ended with the tumor not actively progressing and in the epilogue MC is just committed to making the most of the uncertain time left.
So I personally am not going to assume to know the ending for sure until we're seeing it, because it still could go multiple ways.

Do not take medicine in doses more than times per day. If unhealth persists, continue to take medicine, but see professional health person for advice words on treatment. If mouth usage is problem, do NOT attempt butt usage, or unhealth will increase.

They're not supposed to be doing anything in the private rooms except a lap dance with clothes on. Nikki stays professional, but looks like Patricia might have trouble sticking to the rules, if she'll remove her top for the very first lap dance.
Trust me you don't want the dev to try and model actual martial arts stuff. The posing in AVNs always ends up about as realistic looking as a 5 year old playing kung fu with their action figures. Dude... we play a porn game from the point of view of the MC himself and his story, why do you need to get into what strippers or dancers do or could do before, if the story has just begun?

I wouldn't be mad if Nikki or Aurora got a bit unprofessional I wouldn't tell anyone. They wouldn't get in trouble unless it's like those damn strip clubs in GTA where they have a bouncer patrolling the vip rooms and you have to make sure not to touch when they get nearby.
