As for mg vs sg, the distinction is tied into a plot point that's not been brought up yet. Most of the side girls will still have significant screen time, and that includes Kennedy.

Hmm ... IIRC Hannah is the ex, so I'd say both of those would be a big no. The Dev has said from the start, in the original description, that there would be no NTR and Kennedy fucking the girls, or your cheating ex making a return would both lean into that category. So probably not for both.

If Hannah does show up, it won't be NTR focused. It'll be an attempt at a redemption arc where she's sorry and kicked the other guy to the curb and wants the MC to take her back. I HOPE it doesn't happen, because we saw enough of Hannah to understand that she was only sorry she got caught and all it would do is create drama with the present girls and there's already enough.

Whether it's technically NTR or not, I wouldn't continue. In BW, I wrote off Athena and Heidi on the first day because they were already involved and I didn't want to break them up, or join them. How does anyone glean anything from Hannah from the miniscule amount of time she's shown and explained? You don't even know for sure she was manipulated, since it could just be a sob story in the moment to try to manipulate the MC. Until we get (again, please don't ) more Hannah, there's just too little to go on outside of liking her model physically. If that's the case, have some dream sex nightmare, piss off someone that hates dream sex, and satisfy the person that just wants to bang Hannah.

I'm all for reconnecting with exes when warranted but here it just feels like she was a plot device (and not an actual character) meant to show why the MC is thousands of miles away recuperating from the emotional damage. As if the tumor diagnosis isn't enough to send someone into flights of fancy.
