I have a question. In the tags, this game includes futa, but in the genre section it no longer appears. Does this type of content actually occur in the game or not?

I haven't played this update but I can't recall any trans characters from the previous releases, don't think there is a trans LI either.

I also haven't played the new update, but there was a trans character in Ch2 - we just don't know they're trans yet (unless that's revealed in Ch3). Devs have said there will be romanceable trans characters in the game ("romanceable" might not be the equivalent of the word/s used).
This update introduces two trans characters, and one of the main subplots is actually helping one get her HRT.
Maybe she is a shapeshifter and you got a glimpse?
