Yeah, there are scenes on Ship. Just showers for now, which will be more advanced in the final update.
When you interact with the Heart of Stones to increase relationship levels, don't worry about choosing the "right" dialogue option. I do not want to lock players out of content, so simply interacting with the Heart will give points, regardless of the dialogue option you choose.
There is a known issue with the last save point. Please do not use the final save point before fighting the last boss.

I recently got back into playing your game and bought it on itch.io. I have a question. Are there different versions of the game on itch.io compared to F95? I notice some content has changed, and I am assuming the credit card crackdown is the cause of this. The last time I played you had just added the beach area so I was curious.

None. The are “besti” scenes (with a werewolf, not a simple dog/wolf), but they involve characters other than the FMC.
Anyone managed to beat the final boss from version v0.8.11? The biggest issue I have is the save point at the final fight; after the Barracuda ship crashes. Each time I try to create a save, it ends up in a save menu loop, which I can't get out of; unless I restart the game. What's worse is no save gets made. In one of the my many failed attempts, Luccia got hit with a stun that lasted 140 seconds (2mins 20seconds); obviously she got defeated. Here's a screenshot from 136 seconds:
There are some bright moments in my failure to beat the final boss, for example just before Ergegore begins his initial transformation, get Luccia to masturbate and when the game temporarily pauses for both Luccia and Hundswolf to start talking, the NRG and poise meter still raises. Another is turning Luccia into glithe form where she'll end the phase with a massive attack which stuns Ergegore and temporarily exposes Rhed, in which he'll heal Luccia somewhat.

Upgrading Aether to lvl in the cathedral on the cemetry is bugged for me. After "Yes" nothing happens and I can't continue. Need to close the game.

No differences. All platforms get the same build. Only minor differences in the steam build because of some rules Steam has against money platforms.
Im really sorry about that. Yeah, the final save point is bugged. I fixed it already and will update it soon. For now, avoid that save. Im not sure what caused that crazy stun, you probably tried to block a heavy attack that also crit.
The final phase with egregore is meant for you to use Glithe mode over and over to stun and beat him, so your on the right track. When you get low on health, Egregore is programmed to use elemental attacks that you can absorb and heal yourself with, so if you learn his patterns you cannot die.
Yes, this bug was reported, and I've fixed it as well. Please allow me some time to get a new update out. For now, avoid that character.
Please add scenes where the girls fuck actual dogs and not just werewolves. Werewolves are incredibly lame.

The dev will never add actual 'besti' scenes because they A) are not about that fetish (despite the initial premise of the game) and B) because their game can't sell on various digital storefronts with that fetish included, and they want/need the money.

It is really hard to follow any quests (what is done, what needs to be done), also because the NPC always answer the same (e.g. Adjutant in Time Trial defeated, an no one bats an eye).
Also how about a quest-item-inventory ... i picked up a violet key. No idea what this is for.
Also strange bug:
Phanie defeated and back on the Barracuda (time to do other stuff before going to egregero(?): When taking a long rest, it teleports me back into the art-gallery.
