I uh was able to get this working on joiplay, you can add the exe and it will recognize it, takes a while to extract. When it launches it while be a black screen, close then long press on the icon, settings, desktop mode, anf it should work.

Is the game in english when you start playing through joiplay? The translation patch seems to work perfectly on my pc, but on joiplay, it doesn't; the game starts in japanese.
