Seems reasonable, in the UK we use a random mix of them... cos we're weird. Feet and inches for height. Metres, centimetres and millimetres for measuring small things. Miles and not at all kilometres for long things. Stone for human weight, grams for cooking. It's a bit weird but when you're used to it, you're used to it. Dev appears to be English, at least has a bloody good grasp of how normal English mates would talk to each other if not.
