They've got quite a few strange laws there, like the one that says that you can't carry a knife unless the blade is under 5cm and only if you have to have a valid reason to do so. You know, the same culture that had been based on blade use for centuries and still have some of the finest blade makers in the world.
That is one most there tend to ignore, though, as long as the blade is short enough. I went there on vacation a few years ago and was asked at customs if I had any weapons. I told him I had a knife in the front pocket of my bag (a Pro-Tech Runt auto). He pulled it out, pushed the button, measured the blade then asked why I had it. I clicked my nail on my upper plate and said, "Fruit knife". He smiled, put it back and sent me on my way.
from my experience with this, the crack does not work, partway through the story a few hours in at the prologues epilogue, it takes me to some pirated screen, plays a short cue that basically says it knows I tried to pirate it, and then proceeds to kick me out to the main screen

Well, joking aside i hear the price is all over the place because Hikari Field (the publisher for chinese version) are in charge for the pricing in some of the region because they are already releasing the base game and the fandisc prior to this releases (in mandarin of course). And yeah, you got both base game and fandisc for $22 and that can be considered cheap maybe. For example Japan has $80+ price tag while on my region it's only $8+ and i heard the price are cheaper on Jast USA for some people.
So yeah this release are pretty much got fked up by both outside party.

Its not their fault dude, its the rightshoulder of the Visual novel that changed, they are doing their best to solve this.
hopefully a crackfix will be uploaded shortly, I've been coming back to this page quite often waiting for one to show up

Considering the amount of content and a fully voiced protagonist(And I do mean fully) 40 bucks wouldn't be too out of place when you consider the fandisc is also included in the game. So for it to be 10 bucks cheaper, and also be on launch sale, 22 is a very reasonable amount to pay. But for a non American, the regional pricing sucks a lot, but that's a different horse.
Game shouldn't have DRM at all, unless you're using the steam version, I've finished a route just fine without this issue. Pretty sure both JAST and MangaGamer work on a DRM free policy but maybe that has changed. Maybe try the installer instead.
I'm certainly enjoying it more then Cou so far, although I remember reading somewhere that while in general it's a great time, the endings suck. And boy, were they right, I got hit so hard by the tonal whiplash that was the first ending I got, that I stopped playing for an hour. Something to keep in mind I guess, from the single ending I got it wouldn't be out of place in a moege but... while I don't want to spoil anything, Narita is on a mission and it isn't some kiddy shit.
Fucking chill, I'm sad that mosaics are still in because of shitty backdoor publisher changes, but that's such a small part of the game. This isn't a nukige, you'll be spending more time talking and fondling girls then you will be fucking them.
I used the Mangagamer version (one without steam32.dll) as well as the steam one, tried both and neither worked, took me to the truumann show pirate edition or whatever it was called and kicked me to the main menu (I assume it's piracy protection because it specifies "pirate edition")
First scene after the kinda weird opening scene and I can immediately see why. Voiced and dude has an actual personality? Not to mention the BGM seems good? Definitely worth reading so far.
