Well.. there are many games which use illusion models in their games. Some pull it off decently others not. Your work still needs some polishing so to say. Its hard to compare it to titles like Mythic Manor or Pervert Hotel.
Besides if you wish to add some make up, eye shadow erc. Try to not make the characters look like cheap hookers.
