yep , still can't figure out who had the bright idea of going full 4K considering that most people don't even have a monitor for it

Few thoughts --Name change is cringe--Red Falls as not great but better.
-Losing the family running the camp for bad girls story-line was pretty retarded? setup a lot of good shit with the campers-sisters-mom-dad-it was unique now I played the opening and just weird imo.
-While being 4k Inceton uses smashed webp quality for about 75% of the game-only ch.6 is visually lossless-a little below but those are 4mb(17mb pngs ha) each-2.2GB for that ch. alone.
-I did testing and at lossless and superior quality Jpegxl did it at less than half the size. (on my high end 4k Monitor the SRGB helps but webp smearing and artifacts all over) So worst of both worlds 4k-but butchered. Once ancient Renpy adopts it as it was added to FFMPEG stack a few weeks ago will be huge for these games.
Inceton seems to have tried to make the game more broadly appealing but in doing so actually just made it kinda generic.
-Positives are the interface and presentation are top quality and they one of the best in the nascent adult/porn game biz(hence I said they should have finished Milfy City)
-Render quality itself again top tier-Emily(former sister is amazing) the clothes the small details are fantastic.
-My thoughts after only about 10 minutes but seems 1 step forward-2 back
voice acting only 200 mb btw so nbd plus a real 4k game(I actually worked on remastering Milfy City at 4k it was up to 75GB and I was mostly done and even after using the best thing renpy has-webp and vp9 was still about 25-30 gigs so thats th real size of a 4k game at the least.

I agree. I'm just trying this reboot or whatever it is and I can barely get through the first few minutes with the Jane scene due to how much the volumes peak and crack out. I can't imagine playing this with headphones in.

audio files arent that big (prob a few kb tops for each line ) , its really about the part that they decided to go full 4K , beqause thats a size eater no matter how you compress it

Reboot same game as last release, nice improvement in renders, but not worth playing same game all over again. I enjoyed it as it's been so long since I played the last completely the same game. Must have got a 12-year-old to help with the new game title
They're literally the same studio, just publishing under 2 different names with 2 different patreon pages. The Incenton account on steam shows, that they are also know as XRed Games. Well, gee, if that isn't a confirmation I don't know what is. And XRed still has an F95 account, right? So they do see what's posted here. Didn't think for a second they'd abandon completely an unsoliticed feedback source for their work. If I were a developer, I'd be constantly interested in that feedback.
