It depends what kind of content you're looking for, really? Plenty of RPG maker titles (the ones with the blue RPGM tag) are pretty long, but it's up to you whether they're worth your time. Some of them are an obscene waste of energy.

There's Monster Girl Quest parts 1-3 and MGQ: Paradox, the latter of which is a full length JRPG. MGQ was kinda the first H game I ever stumbled across that wasn't flash, and also my benchmark for longform porn storytelling. Completing the original series could easily take 5hrs depending on how devoted you are to seeing every bad end, so... I would say it's a good length Paradox, I don't know. It's a really long game, though I don't feel the story is as good.

Honestly tho, if you're looking for long, well-written stories on here, keep a supply of your fave smutty fanfics on hand and prepare to be disappointed

Idk how helpful that'll be for you, given I'm kinda weird. I like battle fuck games, wrestling, etc. And I like to see cute guys get dominated or seduced. And I'm bi, so I also like really pretty women who also scare me

Umm, so... favorites, or at least recs:
Tower of Trample - Long-ish RPG about a submissive guy trying to rescue his martial arts sect from a group of scary female mercenaries. Takes aaaages to update, so don't get too attached.
Katalist - Not the best ever, but similar concept to the above. This boy gets turned into a weird immortal energy construct called a Katalist after being rescued from a succubus. He's sort of immune to them killing him now, but he's also been drafted into a magical conflict, and he's definitely not immune to manipulation and seduction. Story elements are quite interesting/inventive
Shrift - It's like undertale, but with more of a resident evil vibe to its environments. Similar anti-violence message, similar tense fights, but now with hot monster sex between an adorable red haired guy and a variety of demonic women.
Flexible Survival - A fairly old furry, transformation focused game, about surviving in a post-apocalypse after some nanomachine plague caused people to be turned into furries, centaurs and stuff. It was a fairly fun open-world game, but a bit too vanilla focused for its actual sexy moments imo.
Small on Top - Another one vaguely reminiscent of Undertale! Extremely polished, very promising, and genuinely funny in ways I didn't expect.
Kingsguard - I am not normally a VN person, but for these men, I will make an exception :O

Things I haven't played and keep meaning to, but are really long:
No, Thank You!!! - A... honestly super weird VN about a man losing his memory in a car accident and being adopted by the crew of a cafe, but they're all incredibly shady, and the guy might honestly be faking amnesia for information, because the narrator is unreliable. Features a protagonist who is a top, which is omg so fucking rare in gay games.
