The entire discussion/debacle has evolved over time. Even currently there are different mods etc. with differing levels of tolerable rule 7, but mostly mainly the stuff either focusing on that or going too far with it is what's banned. Ambiguous pedobait won't get an instant remove anymore. Loli itself is often argued (not touching that skub myself, though smells like cope) to not be about the actual age itself but rather about appearance, so by that much of the content under it is allowed.

As HandyCapped said, the rules are quite vague and the mods don't all agree. They do however state that 2D games have much more slack when it comes to loli content. I also made a support ticket to make sure they were good with it before I posted.
(Although they didn't respond to it and just marked it as resolved

Would be great to see a TL for that one as well; I tried it myself in the Wolf Editor and didn't really get how to make it stick. It's probably got only as much text as the first 3 level endings combined, so it shouldn't take too long. I do have the .zip archive, as well as a full save should anyone want that.
As an aside, I'd recommend DeepL for translation, if you're not already using that.
Odd, never happened for me outside of Windows 7 ->10 and reformats. Ah, well.

Well, Im glad if the site progressed a bit now. The thread I mentioned existed for a good 2 years and had an insane amount of ryona/guro games, all lost, because it had like 4 loli games included. And they were 2D. Could have just messaged the owner and told him to simply remove those entries, instead of completely obliterating a 2 year long collection thread. But well, thats kinda off topic here, Im just still very salty about it. Honestly, that's quite a fair take. Doubly so, if it was content previously allowed (even tacitly, if clearly enough) and was then nuked by a change in either the rules or the interpreter. Smells like retroactive punishment to me.
The gallery is within the gameplay from a certain event after you have enough stats for it. Just keep playing and you'll get it eventually. Mind you that it doesn't have any menu unlock etc. and you'll have to get it again every time you want to see the gallery, although it isn't all that rare to see.
Try moving the game folder to a folder that isn't 22 directories deep first. You DID extract the whole thing, right?
How do you go to the hangout to hire allies? I know you're just supposed to press [->] before going on the mission, but whenever I do, it gives me the "You can't go back to hide out until you finished the job" message. I've finished the last level of the update with the Marina Dealer, and I even remember something about needing to grind 1.5 million yen so I did that too but still nothing. Does anyone know what I'm missing?
After you get enough money and run a mission, you get quite a long bit of story progression about a large drug deal. I'm not 100% sure what triggers it, though, as I had over the required amount when the deal came on the table and had to run multiple missions multiple times over the supposed amount and then had the thing go through mid mission, if memory serves. IIRC I was doing a run either in city center or seaside.
That pretty much cements the cast and lets you hire them all from the hangout.
