Why the fuck is this so hard? How the fuck did you guys progress so much, i can't even beat the first stage without getting lucky meeting with biker girl and used up 2 revives + all weapon in process. Any advice?

Don't fight unless you have weapons with you that can end the fight in 1-2 turns. X button runs from battle, needs leg strength but it's pretty reliable right from the start. You can't take any hits before leveling up a bit. Save enough weapons for the boss at the end where you can't run.
The game becomes incredibly easy once you clear a few stages and get levels.

Another thing you can do is find police, give them money then steal their guns. At the beginning the amount of money you'll be giving them will be easily recovered later on. Usually I put all my points into luck (whatever the guns damage are scaled off of) to one shot everybody with the pistol.
First couple attempts are hard. U just kinda got to escape every fight (%chance to escape is shown on the left and you raise it by seducing the enemy) and when u get robbery events use tool to unlock any entrance and try to get any weapon. Ignore all other events that result in you losing hp since its pure luck to get HP restore drinks, eat at every place possible. Beat the guys at the end of the trip. Lvl up your luck first once you pass a couple of areas u will end up in city area where a random event may start where you can hit a girl for 6k that shit is inane power leveling for leg and arm strengh. You beat her a couple times and then you can just one tap any other enemy in the game. Also if you get your charm up enough you can get dogs to help you in the fights but dog food costs a lot and u might not get lucky to find it or loot it. After like 5 completions of initial area the game becomes a total breeze

I just found out about this game and as weird as it may sound, it's genuinely nostalgic for me see a work by DKT-DAKOTA around here - i always found his style bizarrely artsy and memorable and if it wasn't for the fact that 99% of what he makes is ryona with a heavy grotesque/surreal tone he could easily pass as a raunchier version of Suda51. I bet he could at any time go into the indie game market and strike it rich by making a "normal" game with the same graphics he uses in his eroge, but he keeps going for his TRUE passion - small girls getting obliterated by gigantic cocks. Run from fights by pressing x. If you reduce an enemy's alertness to 0 with bribes or charm, you can steal their weapons. Can be worth stealing some money or weapons from low alertness enemies early on, otherwise just run. If you encounter a cop, steal their gun, then run. Use the guns to oneshot some weak enemies and level up the stats that guns scale from (luck and skill) evenly to maximize gun damage. After just a few levels you can oneshot cops too, they give a lot of xp. From there you're pretty much good to go. Prioritize leg strength, then luck and skill so you can beat most enemies without weapons. Leg strength increases base kick damage, luck increases crit chance, skill increases multi hit chance (this is also lowered the lower your hp% is). Use weapons when you're in a pinch. You will very quickly outscale the game.
Once settled, you can focus on leveling up your pussy (lol) which is used to buy skills. Don't put level up points into it it is a waste. Instead, best way is to build up a stock of energy drinks and find a pole to masturbate on. They do random base damage from like 4-9. Try to find one that doesn't do much. Then use that one pole as much as possible on the lowest depth, using energy drinks to refill health when it hits the minimum. The more you use that one pole in a row the higher the odds of leveling get each time, eventually you will get up to 5 levels from each use and you can bring your pussy stat to the cap before spending it on skills.
Could be wrong about this one, but iirc some cg were added to gallery before the relevant scenes were added to the game.

The red...thing? helps you break car windows(useless) and lets you skip a few steps ahead sometimes, it says "x knew a shortcut".
Boss guy helps in battle, heals you, stops the crazy driver from running you over and lets you enter the casino.
Are there others? How do I find them?
Hinode peacefully resolves the event where 2 policemen in their car normally stops you for public indecency. Not particularly useful with a Luck-focused build, but at least she can help in one thing...
EDIT; Hinode does not always auto-resolve the above event. Not particularly useful, in a nutshell.

It's hard early if you don't know what you're doing. Then the moment you're over that brief initial hump the difficulty falls off a cliff and never recovers. There's like 10 areas now and by the second it's already impossible to lose.
I honestly wish there were mechanics in place to keep a modicum of challenge going past the first run. The only real difficulty is not starving to death because there aren't any fucking restaurants!
I swear at this point I'm living off cum more than real food...
