I don't think mute character helps avoid identification, if anything, it makes it easier to roleplay. What it might help with is avoiding empathizing with him.

You know i guess i was not a fan of this game for many reasons. I think there are good NTR and bad ones. I believe an effective NTR is where the MC is weak and not able to satisfy FMC+ others sexually, and the antagonist is assertive, strong, but not a bad guy, have some good qualities. I thought Noah was not even sexually interested, he was just innocent. And the antagonist were evil. More of a fan of NTR, in the mold of atelier sakura games.
This game is way too long, 30+ hours and a very tedious story. For a porn game, why am i doing puzzles and so many tasks? So much god damn texts.
Keep it simple, don't make feel sad for the characters.

I actually really liked that the corruption in this game was very slow. It made it more believable. Too many NTR games start out with the MC's love interest sucking off the antagonist within the first 15 minutes. This was a nice change off pace. The game definitely had its lengths, but I still think it made the corruption stand out more. It made you understand each character and you actually cared what happened to them. And an oblivious MC is one kind of NTR, it's not always the case, but definitely not a one-time thing. And the stuff your describing kind of happened, because Aywin wasn't really satisfied with Noah's father and later in the game, Solana is not satisfied in her relationship, so she doesn't stop her relationship with the father (forgot the names)

Not sure which exact scenes these are, but if they are from different endings, they can't be unlocked at the same time

They are from the revenge ending (Ceris 2/3), NTR Ending (Impreg. scene) and 2 from the main game. I finished all endings, they are still greyed out.
Also I went through the ending on the saves provided with the game and tried there. Same thing. The NPC does not work and the scenes are not viewable.

That really is a weird one. 10,11,13,14,15 you say? I did a bit of digging, and found that 11 (waterfall scene) didn't use the correct trigger to unlock it in the reminiscence room, and used an unrelated one in a Thania side quest. Still, I added the same incorrect trigger with the spirit, so it should have unlocked it anyway had you talked to it. Same with 10 and 13. Those 2 scenes are mandatory, and you should have watched them and activated their trigger no matter what, otherwise you couldn't have progressed the story. Since you say you did watch them, we can assume the trigger was turned off somehow afterwards, but I double checked with the search function of the engine, and there are no mention of the triggers except: in the scene, with the spirit, and in their respective reminiscence room (3 places where they should be) and nowhere else. To be honest, all of this baffles me.
The spirit cannot unlock 13,14, and 15, since those are ending related, but if you've done the respective ending, they should have unlocked no matter what.
The only reason I could think of is:
1) There is an issue with your file. Are you using the windows version provided in the OP?
2) There might be a misunderstanding somewhere. For example, the only way you can access 13 and 14 is if you use the room from your harem in the revenge ending. Did you do that and still nothing?

Ah. I see. I thought the recollection room was universal, but the endings scenes are only accessible from a save FROM that ending, are they? I did check back and indeed those scenes are available from their respective ending. That explains it, I think.

Does anyone have any previews of HC#3? I really hope it has full standing sprites for the girls in-game.
My other biggest hope for the game is that it features more implied, up-to-your-imagination type of content à la Boy Hero Ken or Holding Hands. Sometimes it felt like content was a bit too heavy-handed in these games, and a more subtle approach would've been much more stimulating.

Yes, the scenes from an ending are tied to this particular ending, and cannot be unlocked before being watched. I didn't do that to annoy players, but simply the way the reminiscence room has been implemented, watching scenes that will happen in the future/in another ending might create quite a lot of bugs.
Still, you mentioned scenes 10 and 11 not working. Those aren't ending-related, so they should work fine with the NPC. Have you tried to unlock them again?
Simply copy-paste the ones from the save folder in update 15 to the save folder for update 16. If update 16 hasn't got any save folder yet, create one yourself named "save", and dump all your upd.15 saves in there. Don't forget to also copy-paste the config.rpgsave and the global.rpgsave too, otherwise the saves won't work.

But I won't add busts for the dialogues, simply portraits, same as HC2. The reasoning behind this is that busts will take up a considerable amount of space on the screen. It's fine for game which utilizes CGs that cover up most of the screen to represent their scenes, but for my game, where many things may happen in different corners on the screen, I'd rather keep the good ol' portraits that hide little.
But I'm planning to have a menu in-game that will bring up the full-body shot of the characters for those who wish to have a better idea of their appearance.

Amazing. Seems like a perfect solution. I don´t need to see the characters all the time, but it would be really helpfull when they change outfits. As lovely as their pixel sprites are, I really can´t tell the difference a lot of the time. (well, mostly in 1, 2nd was a bit clearer, but still...) Anyway, great work.

For example you don't know where your childhood friend has gone to, but you know she's doing lewd stuff since her picture gives you the hint.
Somewhat like the board in HC1 with the exclamation mark in the MCs' room, just visual.
I really hope for a lot of outfit changes (shorter/tigther skirts, dresses, trousers, bigger cleaveges, spicier underwear, ....) over the course of corruption so that this new mechanic really comes to shine. Not like in HC 1 or 2 where we only had two variations and 1 final one that only could be seen in some few scenes... is it realistic to ask for 5-6 stages this time?
Quite frankly, I don't know how that would work either as I don't have much experience fumbling around with in-game additional menus. This might be a bit complicated due to the non-linear nature of the side-character's story, as well as taking all the freeroam events into account...That sounds really great, looking forward to it!

Beside, the main idea behind the board in HC1 was to give people an idea of what happens where, as there was no quest journal as in HC2. Now that there is, part of me would like to keep the faces neutral at all time, to purposefully keep players in the dark as to whether something is actually happening or not. The tension before finding out, or simply not knowing all along, is another important element of the NTR after all^^
I'll have to see. 5-6 variations of every character added on a full body illustration is...pretty damn expensive, I'm not going to lie. Especially since some of them are not simply variations, but entirely different costumes. I'm not saying no, but I'll have to keep in mind the state of my Patreon and the other expenses before making a decision.
