@N_tail how many games of Hentaria will u make? Im really enjoying your games i have never felt the same with a RPGM since NTRPG. Goob Job and expecting new update
Well, I'd like to make games for as long as I can. Maybe, at some point, I could start a new series that's not Henteria, but I've barely started developing the lore of the world itself, so I'd like to keep going with new settings and characters for at least a few more games. I mean, I've just started one single continent, and a minimal amount of locations. There's still a lot of potential to be used.
Thank you for the comment by the way : )

Not really a mstery route per se. As was said before, there are some scenes the player can skip entirely so they kind leave what happens to their imagination. However, most scenes involving the MC directly cannot be skipped, as they usually contain story elements without which you couldn't understand what's going on later.
Oh, sads, I really like the erotica of a full mystery run. :(
Good luck with your game.

is there a way to skip the whole first part of the game. where you play as a little kid
Save 1 within the save files included with the game should will take you after that part.

Yeah, I would have done it, but since some important information are included in some of the scenes, the game would sometimes make little sense for the player if they were to skip them. I think there is a game on there called D.P. that plays the same as NTRPG or my game, where you have to go through a mystery run first before restarting the game and see the scenes.

Thanks!

Oh yeah I know about it.
Yeah I mean, the idea was to play the innocent and ignorant dude route, until too late and everyone was corrupted around him.
Just seeing the girls becoming more and more corrupted, and having glimpses of what's going on as a reader, like what you did with semen on body, etc.
:p

I just finished the first game and the true end left me distraught, very good though. Going to hold off on this one for a bit but big titty elves being corrupted is a top tier vibe and I'm looking forward to it. I do hope it tackles the corruption/NTR in a way I like more though, I just didn't like Ezekiel and Gizmo as villains (not because of the writing, just preference).

Boy oh boy, the developer sure does like to make players read. I am all for a good story and exposition but all im saying is NTRPG 1 and 2, were able to convey a good story and game play experience with a fraction of the dialogue this game has.

Again, nothing wrong with fleshing out characters/world building but I feel like this game pushes it too, too far to the point of just giving painstakingly unnecessary information and dialogues that ultimately contribute nothing to the overall plot or story progression just to pad out game time.

Combine that into dialogue that (no offense) has alot of grammatical errors as well as just some weird sentences and you got the recipe for a headache instead of whats suppose to be a relaxing and engaging experience.

Yes, I admit I made a few mistakes with this game, and one of them was maybe putting slightly too much emphasis on dialogues. As the only developer, it is sometimes hard to figure out the right balance.
Still, I find your 1 star review a bit harsh, considering you focus on a single(although important, I'll admit it) aspect of the game. It felt like you were trying to punish me for not having fun rather than wanting to be completely objective.
Still, I'll take it as it is, and try to improve on my mistakes so I can bring a better player experience and have more people enjoy my games : )

Did you read the instructions on the PDF in the save folder? You need to create a new folder called "save" in the www folder of the game files and copy paste all the saves files there. Let me know if that worked for you : )

Yes, I completely understand what you mean^^ Still, while there are no complete mystery route, there are quite a few other details that fit your description (shadows, moans, bed creaking, characters you can see through a window, etc...).

Well if im being honest I didnt have fun. Everytime a H-Scene ended I was legit groaning and sighing out loud because I knew that I would have to go back to a reading fest, I wasnt excited for the next scene I was more so annoyed at my own progress. I think when the game starts to feel like work then its failed in what its first and foremost suppose to do; be fun.

And really thats the only weakpoint of the game, the writing. If you can learn to be more concise and forthcoming with your dialogue it would pay off in dividends, as it stands now im reading the reviews and comments and the majority seem to agree the corruption and NTR are nice its just the dialogue and pacing that are off, you just need to find the right balance.

That is the golden problem for alot of NTR content, its either not fleshed out enough;

(This my GF, this my bully, she have sex with bully to save boyfriend).

Or the content is too fleshed out;

(In the land of Gaia, the warring kingdoms fight for control, Ryusuke the third son of the great king Alphys awaits in the throne room of perdition with his betrothed, Sarina. From a young age Sarina was a master Archer and trained under the Imperial guard captain Gozu........)

Well, yes, I got that quite well from your review. Still, a 1/5 star review means that a game has absolutely no redeeming qualities whatsoever (that's how I saw it). From a developer's standpoint, this is quite the blow, because I have spent quite a lot of time and money developing the game and trying to polish its different aspects(music, sound design, H scenes, story, environment design, character design, etc...), and you have decided to ignore all of it. So while I respect the review, I don't quite agree with it.

Also, I don't think there is such a thing as a NTR game being "too fleshed out", as long as one learns to be more concise, which is what I have yet to do. Mine has to be kind of fleshed out because it is a part of a bigger game series about a completely new world I invented, and that I want to develop further. My other standalone game, Merry H-Mas, is a lot less fleshed out, because there is absolutely no need to develop the lore behind it.

Music: I cut off in all games because I only care to hear the ambiance. (nature, weather, sex, etc)

Sound Design: I did like the moan/muffled sex features but they are pretty much a staple in NTR games and more of a necessity in pixel NTR games because you dont have much to stimulate the player to begin with since; no CG, only sprites.

H-Scenes: I was complimentary of the pixel scenes, im a fan of pixel games.

Story: You actually dont get props from me on this im afraid, the story is very derivative and cliche'. Holy War, Goddess, Racial Tensions, Angels and Demons, Magic, I feel like the story would still be fine without all of the extra padding and the fact that they are elves serve no real purpose since their race and tribe theme can be interchangeable with any race and social hierarchy.

Environment Design: Theres a East Tribe and a West Tribe and the game has multiple locations the MC can go to outside the tribe but these are all locked off until certain quests are active and they cant be returned to freely, furthermore the MC is only able to wander the West tribe which consists of only 6/7? houses arranged in a circle, divided by a river, not exactly innovative village design.

Character Design: This goes partially back to story, no real reason they are Elves other than a fresh perspective since the first game had predominantly humans? Specific wise, every girl has a different hair color and everyone seems to be in a jovial mood. Theres isnt any depth to any character, everyone is a stereotype of their role. Envar is the goody good guy, Zeno the jealous sibling, Aywin the loving mother, Merith the typical recluse/nerd, Edywr the typical jock/badboy, etc.

Your game will appeal to people but I think those who have played other pixel NTR games before will either be pleasantly surprised or shockingly disappointed at the Henteria Series, I feel like theres no middle ground due to the nature of how the series seems to be.

i have played so, SO much NTR games in more than 15 years that i really can't count them all.
and obviously that include every ntr pixel art games, and imho henteria is my second most preferred pixeled ntr game (ntrpg2 is and will ever be the first).

what i see here is that u are confusing ur personal taste with objective criticism;
no game is perfect, and a game can't be liked by everyone, but that doesn't mean that since u dont like some aspect of the game than is worth a 1/5 star review. taste are personal and it's absolutely ok say "uhmm no, i dont like it" but it's really not ok say "uhmm since i dont like it the game is without doubt trash".

some of the best ntr games i have played have lot of text ("consider naha" and "guignol" are perfect example for this but the list can going on), and the presence of a large amount of text (if well written) is a major plus to the game, not a malus. for everyone that will enjoy read a story at least, and not fap to some random scene of course.

story wise i dont see any kind of problem here. i dont expect the next lord of the ring from an H-game, but a well written worldbuilding/chara with a good mood and a credible events. ffs, ntrpg2 story in comparison is trash if u consider the barebone story of that game, while in the end the final product are fenomenal.

in the end, imho, u was waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay too picky about ur criticism of the game, and u have confuse ur right to not like the game for a good reason to review the game with the lowest score. absolutely unfair.

what u dont like probably is what another dude like, and the quality of this game is way, way more big than the average ntr game on dslite (and western ntr games here on f95 usually are even worse than that).

if u cant appreciate the work done with this game it's probably a good idea move on, and find a game that resonate better with your taste.
