Just some thoughts on the NTR ending. I have not played the others yet. I'll do the revenge ending at some point, but no interest in happy end.
POSSIBLE SPOILERS AHEAD
I thought the ending was just a little bit weak compared to the lead up to it. I'm not sure exactly what it is. The NTR impreg scene was really good, but the scenes in the free roam section all seemed to be on the shorter side. I think I would have preferred if the 3 events per girl during the freeroam had to be done in sequence, thereby enabling a sort of ramp up in depravity as you get to the later scenes.
Now I will get into some critiques that might be colored a bit too much by personal preference to be called objective.
One thing that disappointing me the most was actually the fact that Zeno didn't take over Nuria. I really wanted Zeno to go and dominate Nuria and bang the queen. I believe it was implied that the queen is Zeno's ex girlfriend after she leaves him to join politics? Maybe I am mistaken about that though. Well, that was my assumption and I was looking forward to that revenge domination on her.
I would have also liked to see some side characters like the bandit girl get their closure, but I understand it would be quite hard to get to them all.
I feel like ending it on a melancholic note, rather than a devastating one, was a mistake on the NTR route because I did not really see the set up for it. Krysta had some screen time throughout, but her bond with Noah was not really explored. He read her journal... but then what? I'm actually pretty confused about this whole plot but I will get to that later. Just as a comparison, the game My Mother Kyoko by Azienda employs a melancholic end as well. That game sets up the old man character, who interacts extensively with the MC throughout the story and is nothing but supportive to him. The whole time, we are just waiting for the NTR reveal that turns him into an old bastard antagonist, but it never comes. Because of this support, it really was a poignant end when MC gets through his trauma and moves on.
For HC2, the concept for the entire thing was that ALL of Noah's support system pretty much ended up betraying him or getting cucked themselves. I think it would have been more fitting for him to just really get destroyed at the end lol. With Celis and everyone just talking shit about him to his face. After all, we got the other endings to get some closure.
Also, this melancholic end deprived us of a farewell orgy of sorts. In general, for games like this, I think ending it in one huge bang is really effective. Zeno on the throne with his bitches on him, his supporters in the throne room doing their things with their bitches. Noah getting devastated.

Now I got a few questions... Maybe these are answered on the other endings, but I want to see if I am on the right track or just misunderstood a lot of things.
1) Is More a manifestation of Krysta? Is she a separate entity born out of Krysta's suffering and hatred, or is it more of an alter ego type of thing?
2) Is Celis Krysta's daughter? She got burred in the forest or something if I am remembering correctly.
3) Is Zeno's ex-GF the current Queen of Nuria?
