Which is all well and good, but you can sporadically check the release day of the most recent update. Not checking on a regular basis is no excuse for laziness.
If he says he considers leaving them uncorrupted then that means exactly that. That nothing happens off screen. But we'll see what he does in the end.
No, it does not mean "exactly that" as we haven't been told what the current plan is. Which means we don't know exactly what is going to happen.

Surely at first N_taii did have plans to keep Lily and Haylen uncorrupted in case the side quests weren't played, but as development progressed, he probably realized that it might bring him more work in the future because he would have to program an entire route where Lily and Haylen were never corrupted since they didn't do anything with their antagonists.
The problems would be that in parts of the main quest involving Lily and Haylen (for example, the beach), there would be no trace of their corruption in the dialogues and scenes, and the same in the endings. How would both of them react in the endings? For example, in the NTR ending, would they feel sorry for Leto and try to help him even though everything is lost, and then leave with him? In the revenge ending, would Leto tell them to join him in his revenge, or would they both escape? In the good ending, how would they react to everything that happened with Rose and Cyanna? There were too many things to consider.
That's why the easiest solution is to have Lily and Haylen's corruption happen off-screen if you didn't play their side quests, so N_taii don't have those problems. although an even easier solution would be to remove all traces of Lily and Haylen from the main quest, and simply have them both disappear in the endings. This would leave a big plot hole because at the beginning of the game they are presented as important people in Leto's life, and simply not having them appear in the endings wouldn't make much sense.
That may be the easiest solution, but it's not necessarily the best way to handle their possible states. Personally I think the best way would be to set it up so their lack of participation in the finale is explained without having to force the issue of their corruption. If Leto echoes Casio and Noah and winds up in a situation where his credibility is ruined it would be a very quick and easy path to take by having him go to them for help only to be turned away because they've lost faith in him.
The approach to this would be relatively simple and rely on whatever the equivalent of an if-else command would be in RPGMaker. If they're uncorrupted Leto arrives to the church or magic shop and is simply turned away as they go back inside and lock the door. If they're corrupted then he arrives to hear them fucking, they answer and turn him away, and as he leaves the scene basically ends with him walking away as they ask their partners to fuck them harder not caring if Leto hears them anymore thus revealing their corruption. Since they are both civilians who would be absolutely useless in any sort of combat situation that leaves them out of the endings with a perfectly reasonable excuse and a fairly simple way to address their state of corruption.

You make a good point. As I said in a previous comment, to avoid that problem, I would like HC4 to have no side quests and for all the girls to be from the main quest. Maybe that way we can avoid things like what happens in the other games. While in the main quest they are at a dramatic point in the story, in the side quest suddenly everything is “normal.” It's as if the game went back in time or felt like a filler chapter.
At least that's my opinion. Maybe for N_taii there are advantages to having the girls separated between main and side quests.

I feel like the 'Several Characters' room is so underused that those 2 scenes that are in there should just be added to the gallery of each girl that's in that scene, and this room should be remade into the one where the extra scenes are, and in the regular version the name of the entrance should still be here, but the bridge should be broken.

There's no password for part 1, at least i don't think, there's a password at the beginning of part 2 however if that's what you mean, but that password is based on the choices you made throughout the game and i so i can't give you YOUR password.
The only ones i could give you are the ones that N_taii has given us but those will set every choice you made throughout the game to the same.

Don't accuse someone of a lack of literacy when your response to my initial post ignores the fact that it was not stated outright, it was a conditional statement. N_Taii has not discussed the topic in a considerable amount of time, presented multiple options as to how he'd approach them, and then did not confirm an intent to follow up on any of them which means we have no idea what his current plans for their corruption may be. That leaves the options in a state of flux, thus there is no "exactly that" on this subject and you're just trying to kill conversation.
Yeah, I've been on the "no side characters" kick for quite a while. If they're important enough to be on the cover art and splash screen of the game then they're important enough to be in the main quest.
I agree. In fact, at first I was sure that Cyanna and Haylen would develop their quests together, and the same with Rose and Lily.
But as I also said, maybe it's easier for N_taii to have the female protagonists separated in the main and side quests, because if we think about it, having four girls in the main quest would be too much, and it might make the updates take longer to arrive, but at the same time, it might reduce the game's development time

Second, the women are integrated into the main plot with varying levels of importance. I've said it previously but it would make sense for there to be "pairs" of women. Again using HC3 as the example it would be easier for the game to focus on one of the two main women for each update. With each update you pair one of the two side women with one of the main women. Rose and Lily's worlds are the two easiest to mix since Rose does occasionally serve drinks at the bar in her civilian identity and the magic shop owner is part of the duke's conspiracy. Cyanna and Haylen mix easily due to the familial connection and Jazon's status as a member of the guard. It would, unfortunately, lengthen development of the story, but that could potentially be made up by not having to swap back and forth between main and secondary updates.
Third, just don't have secondary women at all. Have optional quests involving major characters just don't integrate them into the main cast. Don't give them special importance. The idea you're proposing sounds interesting. It's true that it might be a bit long, but I think it's the best option so that everything feels integrated into the main story and nothing feels secondary.
In HC2, the only secondary protagonist I liked was the blonde girl, while of the side characters, I only liked a purple-haired girl who appeared throughout most of the game, and two dark elves who, although they appeared very little, were integrated very well into the main story.
In HC3, the only sides characters I really liked were the three female soldiers. Their appearances, in my opinion, felt very well integrated into the main story, and on many occasions, they coincided very well with what was happening around Cyanna and everything related to the soldiers.
I think that as such it would not be eliminating the secondary characters for HC4, rather I would say making them feel better integrated into the main story, although the secondary characters of Rose, Lily and Haylen were not bad, there were times when they felt a little out of place and even filler.
