Steam's dominance does suck, but they're preferable to the alternative. Every other major online store is greasy. Tencent has a 40% ownership stake in Epic Games which is extremely problematic since they're a Chinese owned company that is associated with the CCP. When EA and Ubisoft tried their own hands at it their storefronts were loaded with spyware. As unfortunate as it is that Steam not only takes such a large cut of every sale and is essentially a monopoly, at the very least it's a storefront first and foremost.

The story isn't really far enough along yet to answer this. Only two of the four girls have even had proper sex at this point, and it's a very recent development for them since it only happened in Update 8. With updates 9 and 10 being devoted to catching up with Haylen and Lily's sidequests instead of the main story, we're now on Update 11 and only just started seeing the immediate fallout of them crossing that line for the very first time.

-Jazon makes a deal with the Innkeeper that if he can convince Haylen that her room is uninhabitable for the night then he can get a blowjob from the other nun.

I wouldn't say I specifically hate Jazon so much as being completely disinterested in him and what he's doing to Haylen. All of the men have something about them that annoys me. The Duke looks too much like Don Corneo, Ulrod is too much of an asshole, I think the magic shop owner is a bit of a pedo, but I can forgive all of that since there's something about them or their relationship with their partner that makes me like them as antagonists. I can't say that for Jazon, he's such a trope that I can't muster up interest in Haylen's story. Which is why it flits out of my mind almost as soon as I experience it. If we didn't have past indication that N_Taii might accomodate somewhat for a less or non-corrupted Haylen and Lily in the endgame I would probably ignore her content entirely as it's just so uninteresting to me.

It probably also doesn't help that — at least as far as I am concerned — the whole trip with Haylen was the first time in the whole series where I would describe an update as "pure filler" content which makes it aggressively forgettable. Even the sex feels anticlimactic because it feels more like a repetition of things you've already seen in separate scenes by that point. Unlike with the previous quest where you briefly encounter Jazon's uncle, the most recent one feels entirely self-contained where it just creates a predicament out of thin air with Jazon's little scheme to use the thugs to impress Haylen blowing up in his face, and then just casually solves it before moving on.
Despite Update 12 not being out yet, I feel like you could straight up remove that whole quest from the game and lose absolutely nothing for their arc, because the only thing that happens is that:
A.) Jazon gets his ass kicked
B.) Haylen feels bad for him because he got his ass kicked
C.) She also feels slightly more endeared to the "real" Jazon because he was willing to stand up for her
But even that last one feels so weird to me when Leto also stands up for her and actually manages to protect her. I get the concept on paper; that her whole thing is being motherly and so she feels an urge to comfort Jazon as the more vulnerable one who needs her... but it just didn't click with me at all because of literally everything else about his personality up to that point not leaning into that angle.

Damn, i was writing a post about Jazon just now where i said something along the lines of "at least this PoL today is the last one before the Update" and that "starting from next week, the focus of the PoL's are probably gonna shift back to Lily and our beloved blue haired wizard", but then the PoL was released and as it turns out the release date got pushed back from Wednesday to Sunday, so we're not getting a PoL next week...probably. (Which i'm totally fine with btw)
Basically what i wanted to say in the post was that for some reason i'm VERY optimistic about Update12, even though i have absolutely no reason to because the PoL's didn't really give away anything so i'm pretty much in the dark about what's gonna happen, but i just feel like this Update is gonna improve Haylen and Jazon's characters a lot. Guess it's just wishful thinking.

A few months ago N_Taii said that after he's done with the party event at the manor, he's gonna try catching up the sidegirls to Rose and Cyanna by making every Update have 1 sidequest plus some MSQ, this Update should've had some Main story as well, but since the sidequests are the priority for now, there was no time to add anything Main story related since Haylen's quest is taking longer than expected.
I can also guarantee you that Lily's gonna get her first sex scene as well during her next quest so even if there IS some MSQ in the next Update, it's gonna be 80/20 Lily-Rose, not the way you would prefer.
(Comment under the first PoL for this Update, just to show that MSQ was planned for this Update.)
I agree, we'll have to wait two updates to get back the focus to the MQ, following in the upcoming update's footsteps I think the next one will also be almost entirely focused on Lily's quest and the build up to her first sex scene. Maybe we'll have some content of Cyanna and Rose in the form of free-roam scenes, but I don't think we'll have MQ contest until update 14, so more than 70 days of waiting, most probably.
Even if understandable from a narrative and pace point of view, it's a bit of a shame for the subscribers as I think most of us are invested in the MQ and Haylen and Lily are more of a nice extra.

I would actually prefer the next Update to be Lily only (put down the rocks and stop booing, let me explain first), Haylen is further in terms of corruption in a much shorter period of time compared to Lily so if she can get an entire Update with 4-5 scenes dedicated exclusively just for her, then Lily should get the same treatment as well, she deserves it much much more than Haylen and if N_Taii can get Lily and Haylen up to speed in just 2 Updates, then we can get MSQ only Updates starting from Update14.
Right now as of Update11, just for context, Haylen's got 4 Quests while Lily's got 5, Haylen's first blowjob scene was added at the end of her 3rd quest while Lily's first blowjob scene was added at the end of her 5th quest, that's how much faster Haylen's corruption is going, also just a fun fact real quick, they've got the EXACT same amount of scenes even though Lily is an entire quest further.
Not only that, but Haylen's gonna get 5 scenes in Update11, okay sure, one is an extra scene but even if we don't count that that's still 4 scenes, after seeing how N_Taii builds up quests and Updates for almost 2 years now, i am pretty sure that Haylen's sex scene is gonna be the very last scene of Update11.

Agreed, as I said in my previous comment it's the most sensible decision from a narrative/pace point of view; even more if you take into account that there's bound to be Lily's fans among the patrons and it wouldn't be fair to them to leave them hanging.
Just a little nuance I want to mention taking into consideration the info you just provided. I think that it feels more plausible for Lyly's corruption to escalate further faster because of the nature of said corruption versus Haylen's. I think that Lyly's corruption being of transactional nature mixed with pleasure makes it more believable for it to scale at a faster pace, because it can allow itself be more matter of fact-y than Haylen's, which relies solely on building up lust and decreasing defenses little by little. Lily's corruption thus needed a longer preamble but can pick up it's pace faster. That would fit with the difference between scenes vs quests, because Lily's corruption needs more narrative investment and Haylen's needs more scene's to progress.
