Small note - I wish the emotion bubbles from the protagonist were a bit smaller. Whenever he is standing below the person he is having a conversation with the emotes completely cover the other person and it just looks weird.

That's more of an issue with the characters being small than the bubbles being too big. Even if I were to make them smaller (while still being big enough to see what's inside), they would still be mostly covering the other character.

N_taii Two things:

1. Have you ever thought about using an AI image creator such as StableDiffusion with a fine-tuning method such as DreamBooth to speed up your work?
2. Can you please remove the pay up front feature from Patreon? I was about to subscribe because I want to support your work and also get access to Update 2, but the idea of paying practically double the price has stopped me from doing so.

That's... not happening^^ I'm usually a pretty trusting person, but even I know that enabling a system that allows people to subscribe for free, take the content and then unsubscribe without paying a buck just calls for people to abuse it. There's a reason why 99% of creators have a pay upfront system in place.
Starting from next month, I'll implement the new Patreon system that allows people to pay each month on the day they've pledged the month prior(so if you pay on the 22.12, you get charged again on the 22.01). Maybe that's what you meant?

i think the system we had in the last two games to get the endings was better than this one. i mean, before you could just choose which ending you wanted to see, which worked because its a linear story, but with this new system you would need to rewacth the same story 3 times just to get all endings, the dev said there are no routes meaning the story will be the same no matter what. the system the game has now gives the illusion that your choices matter when they really dont, sure there is a folder with all the saves and they said they when the endings are done that they would add a save for each ending, but why even need to do that in the frist place, with the previews system you didnt need to do that.

2. Sorry, I did not know that disabling that feature opens the door to abuse. I have assumed it would at least issue one payment before allowing people to unsubscribe. The newer system that you have mentioned makes more sense and is the closest to what I am talking about.

On the bright side however, this week's PoL said that Lily's gonna get content in the next Update that comes out in January.

I don't really expect this one to do well on Steam to be honest. Niche adult games with simplistic graphics aren't exactly popular from what I've seen. I'll try putting it on there at some point anyway, because I'm not risking anything by doing so.

Not too much on the whole AI stuff, not reliable for the time being (first image looks best, but it's been retouched by an actual pixel artist). I'd rather save myself some time and let artists handle it, because they're used to it now and their style definitely fits the game. I appreciate your recommendation though : ) Maybe I'll give it a better look down the line.

I mean, since the number of scenes/Update is sitting comfortably at 3 and based on previous Updates at least 1 of those scenes is for a side character, there's always going to be at least 1 or 2 of the main girls who's not gonna get content. I asked N_Taii some time ago if there's going to be an Update where the Story slows down and the Update is packed with scenes, but he said that it is unlikely that he's ever gonna release an Update with more than 4 scenes because it wouldn't go well with the pacing of the game, which is of course understandable. As for the next update, don't worry he also said that Haylen is getting content as well so it's not gonna be only Lily.

This was already answered, but still no. Most likely 2 scenes for Lily and one for Haylen. Or a side girl.


I got two questions myself:
1) If you don't play the side story (Lily/Haylen) will the story pretend the corruption still happens, just offscreen. Or will it change the story and endings?
Something like Rose and Cyanna being shown, but Haylen and/or Lily won't show up during the NTR-endings, since they did not get corrupted?

2) From the start of Letos' adulthood to one of the three endings, about how much time is going by?
I got this question playing the army expedition. MC needed 5 days to recover, 2 or 3 days to return to the capital and so on.
How long is the timeframe of the game, from the start until you reach an ending? 1 month? Half a year? N_Taiis headcanon abouth that would be nice to hear^^

This is something that I'm very curious about as well, since even in mainstream AAA games, there is almost a kind of "curse" around characters who can potentially live or die depending on the player's choices -- that any content after that branching point tends to be very minimal because it so easily spirals out of control with accounting for them being present or absent.

It's not even like you would need an extra version of the NTR ending... You would also need to account for completely separate instances where the player might progress Haylen's sidequest while ignoring Lily's and vice versa. That is potentially four variations of one path right there, without even touching on how the Revenge or Happy endings might handle them.
