This N_tail I see that you really enjoyed the plot development so would you like to hear my opinion and small suggestions?
I feel that your plot is still not good enough in terms of love and the events that take place are mostly normal
Don't know if you have ever heard of a game called UnderTale made based on the idea of EarthBound?
I will choose a specific example so you can imagine my opinion (instead of writing a piece of paper explaining how to understand the game or small event, the developer has made an NPC that has affection, guide MC and model each small impact so that it can be understood before putting MC into a real game)
Not saying too much directly, but every gesture of care and concern is enough to be able to imagine the character and love of that NPC for the MC and that is really the best way to lead.
Another example is from rogue bosses, instead of frantically fighting against them blindly, the developer has created a hidden corner of their personality as if they also know joy, sadness, there are naughty things that they hide from friends they are both enemies but can see the substances and reasons deep inside them
Going back to your game I have a couple of opinions that instead of making a long story MC and his girl, create events in the present moment. here to let the Player feel it, like they also go on adventures together with mini games to let her guide and model for the MC step by step, have fun games together, gestures and caring when the other is loved, sharing will give each other each small cake, each small gesture for each other, so there are more interesting expressions such as winning together, laughing, blinking and giving Until the love of both is perfect and almost reaches a good ending, that's when the soul turns to the dark things of NTR.
Another thing is you have so many heroines in your story that it's hard to focus on a good story, if I think just two instead of four
As for avatars other than guards or public figures, I think MC + villain should have a real face
In terms of music, you can make 1 or 2 separate tracks and make a strong impression so that everyone who hears knows this song comes from your game.
For example, Final Fantasy's Victory version is almost always preserved over the years
Or emotional long songs like Suteki Da Ne ( There is also a short story about Suteki Da Ne in FF10 that is a game with a bit of NTR element where Yuna has to marry and kisses another man outside of Tidus (MC) if it is an 18+ game I think she's a perfect character for a NTR game )

I will only suggest here but I have to say that this is an extremely difficult problem and takes a lot of effort for you to develop a character as well as a game to new heights.
