It is 10:35pm currenly where he lives (CET) so he's not exacly late from anywhere, while he was living in Japan he used to release the PoLs at 1am every time, give or take half an hour every now and then. I'll admit the releases for PoLs have been pretty random ever since he moved back, but it is still VERY likely that we're gonna get it in the next 1 hour
This could work, although the beach is supposed to be a few hours away from the city, so it might seem a bit weird to just have an arrow and the ground and see the character pop up there and come back as if nothing. I'll have to think about it.
I made a mistake when I removed it temporarily during a main quest event that took place soon after that freeroam was added in-game and forgot to make it available once again afterwards. As of Update 16, it is now available for longer and should be easier to find.
I sent him a PM on F95 and apologized. This matter has been settled now : )
It's out now. I started working a bit later than usual, so the PoL came out late as well, my bad.
I guess it wouldn't hurt sharing this week's PoL screenshot as well so people can get a feel of what the next Update will be about:

One thing I will say in regards to that is quite often logic gets in the way of fun in video games. There's a fairly famous Grant Morrison quote about adults wanting to know how superheroes are able to do the things they do, Superman being able to fly, Bruce Wayne able to run Wayne Enterprises during the day while operating as Batman during the night, that kind of thing, when the obvious answer is that it's not real. The logic of "This is a few hours away from the town" doesn't really matter so long as it's in service of fun. It's not like you have a timer that ticks away as Leto does things. I'm not suggesting you keep beach access after update 17 is complete, I'm simply suggesting that you approach it with an open mind.

I can't wait for the next update. Feels like we're approaching the part where the women's attitudes towards Leto start subtly changing. Some small put downs here and there, or some unfounded annoyance. Those moments make the depraved sex scenes hit much harder for sure.

I can't look away when the gorgeous Duke is on display like that...
The sex scenes I'm sure will be great, but it's going to be extremely depressing to see how the girls try to avoid Leto while they're fucking, the heaviest ones I imagine will be those of Rose and Cyana, those of Lyly and Haeyen, meh not so much..
I just have a slight question, will the scenes of each of the girls develop separately, or will there be scenes that involve them at the same time, in which they realize that the others are in the same situation.

I don't think we're going to be seeing the girls have sex in the presence of one another as that feels like endgame corruption.
Rose only has a couple of milestones to go on her corruption journey. Creampies and anal sex are the two remaining big ones that are actual sex acts. I suspect we'll be seeing on of those two acts performed in update 17. I could see her getting creampied because Leto's presence requires her sessions with the duke to be a little more impromptu so they wind up having unprotected sex and by the end of the update she just takes her first creampie because they don't have a condom and she doesn't want the duke to jizz on her because Leto is around. Any sex in the presence of multiple women from the main cast will require the story to push to the point of no return where the wheels come off and the duke has less reason to hide his schemes.
ALso, N_Taii has a chance to fulfill the one thing I've been looking forward to all along with HC3 in update 17... Leto stands alone while everyone he loves prioritizes sex over him. He goes to see Haylen and can't find her because she's getting fucked, Lily is too, he can't find Cyanna either, and when he knocks on Rose's door she pops her head out but can't come out to see him because she's also getting fucked so Leto just stands around and waits. Unware the whole time.

I already see, something similar to that happened with Celis and Edrywr in the waterfall scene where Noa goes to look for her and since she doesn't want Noa to suspect anything she lets Edrywr give her a creampie.
I would like it to be something different, the reason for that event, I say maybe that as you say her corruption is so advanced that she doesn't even care if the duke uses a condom or not or if he gives her a creampie, or a different reason than those already seen in the saga when one of the main girls allows the one who is corrupting her to give her a creampie.
Something I would have liked to see in HC2 would have been scenes of NOA with her mother XD, I mean there was already incest since Noa and Celis are distant relatives, Celis was something like Noa's great-great-great-great-great-aunt, so why not some sex with the mother too XD
I would hope it's not a rehash of the lake scenes from HC2 as for me those were a low point in the game. There was no real impact to the creampie, it just happened and they instantly moved on from it, and the following scene where Noah literally sits on a chair near his mother having sex and fails to notice stretches my ability to suspend my disbelief. I'm hoping that Leto's presence in update 17 ratchets up the corruption but that N_Taii doesn't fall back on what seems to be his enjoyment of having a character somehow not notice sex happening literally three feet away. He did it during the camping scene in HC1 and again in HC2, I expect better of him with HC3.
