Up to this point (discounting her failure to act in the scenes with Chloe's coach) nothing Amber has done suggests she doesn't genuinely care for those close to her. Submitting herself to Davis on such lame pretext can be waived away as letting him think he's getting over on her because the submissive position excites her. Not cutting his heart out for even mentioning her daughter undermines all of that. It's not her wanting to play test new sexual experiences and exploring "Her Desires". It turning her into something contrary to what you painted her character to be.

here is the definition Optional means that something is available as a choice but not required. It is left to one's discretion and is not mandatory. Now do you understand, you dont have to be blackmailed by davis if you dont want to, but if others want it, so be it, dont be a kink shamer. If you choose to hand waive turning her daughter out to being fetish, that is on you. As I very clearly stated. Amber's choice to let Davis think his bs plot works so she can fuck him is one thing. That you can chalk up to kink or fetish. Making Amber a mother willing to let someone do that to her daughter changes her dynamic as a mother and what that means to her as a character. She becomes just another brainless bimbo. And I'm sure that makes many happy that have wanted to see this title become just like the rest of the female protag games. I'm sure it pisses off more than a few that a female can be something more than a cock sleeve bimbo fuck doll. So far Amber and "Her Desire" wasn't any of those things. It seemed as Wack Daddy was against letting it become exactly that.
also Amber already sexed Parker on multiple occasions (players choice obviously), I'd say that is quite amoral too if we talk about conventional morale.

I avoided Vera because I think she's ugly lol, but there is a different outcome on the cabin trip and also another bunch of situations because if you follow Vera's path they become a lesbian teacher of their daughters, this is a big BS for me, well at least for me, another reason to try to avoid her. , but there is a lot of content with Vera, unfortunately. So it may have a similar outcome to the husband, content loss.
I love open discussions about the game - it does help me grow and get into the minds of players other than myself lol. So not saying anyone's opinion is wrong. If you play the game like a total slut (like I do) then that's your prerogative. Same goes with those who maybe play Chloe only. The challenge comes to make the game flow and make sense for both audiences lol.
Another point to make is, who at the start, are the most important people to her?
Brody, Parker, Chloe and Vera.
The way it has been for 2 seasons now, and will continue to be, was, if you choose NOT to go down an intimate path with one of those people mentioned, then there's possible choices and paths that will be locked from you.
On top of that, just because an option/kink is possible that might not make tons of sense for you, doesn't mean it might not for others who maybe just want the MC to be open to some f'ed up shi*t.
I've said before, this is not a deep story driven VN - I wanted it to be a slightly accelerated, bloatless, naughty fun game.

You already did a lot by making everything avoidable and the plot is fair, the story is not bad. a bunch of things may be a turn-off for some and not for others, but still is an excellent AVN.

The situation you were talking about brings "spice" in one of the scenes which confirms Amber in assuming her desires. Things are falling into place for the sequel which promises beautiful things to come.
