I think the only thing missing for me around this was a bit of conversation beforehand. It's obvious what he's expecting, but not once "on screen" do they talk about it first. She might not have been into it (and player choice gives the option to suggest that). In a "live" situation, that evening could have gone so very wrong for the marriage. As with so much else, communication is key - yes, I think it's suggested that Amber has an idea in advance about what might happen (I can't recall for sure), but they still don't discuss it, check comfort levels, set any boundaries, etc.

Same. I cut off the teacher (is it the son's or the daughter's teacher, I thought daughter but now I'm second guessing that) as I don't like blackmail sex much either. I also shot down Vera's husband, which looks to have cut off his cheating path, happily for me. Everything else, I've been good to go with.

Yeah, I was thinking he recognised her based on the similarity in looks to the daughter, but that could be another scene/teacher I'm thinking of! It's easy to get mixed up with so many games and so many scenes!

I don't give a fuck about the husband and what he feels. Maybe if I actually had high points with him that conversation could happen but otherwise I want to keep their interactions to a minimum. Unless it's to discuss leaving him for the coach or something.

Well actually, what I said was about what she feels and what she wants. It doesn't matter if you care what the husband wants or not.

I said it was clear what the husband was expecting to get out of the evening, but what if the wife wasn't into it? So he should have checked with her first to see if she was on the same page, otherwise he could have essentially been pushing/pressuring her into a sexual experience with someone else against her wishes.
