The only thing I can think of for when and where Kiara and Parker meet is at school or when she and the rest of the girls came over with Chloe before the start of the story.I think Kiara wants to date Parker too, but I don’t even remember them meeting
I'll chime in. Yes it's more of an "off camera" connection they have.
The MC didn't/doesn't see all. I try not to show anything she wouldn't see with her own eyes.

Sometimes it can throw up quick surprises, but I do appreciate this approach, since we're seeing everything through the eyes of a single character. I feel like I remember conversations with Parker about someone at school though, or I'm just making something up to fit a new bit of information
