I've tried v2.0.6 which appears fully censored but I guess its a Japanise law or an R-rated lookhope.

The english version is half-baked as item and character names have not been translated but item descriptions have been.

Any idea where is this gym is? We're supposed to go and excersise to get the shop job? There an security guy inside Yamashita building guarding a room but you can't go through there.

Feels like this game is unavoidable NTR or I really suck at it.

You need to do the shopping district 2nd quest before you get the gym access card.... BUT you will not receive it if you've done the 3rd side quest in the sewers (at least this is what happened to me).

So be sure to do the 2nd quest in the shopping district BEFORE you do the 3rd side quest in the sewers...which opens up the shop.

That must have been it, I had already done the side-quests and the story line got messy. However, finishing with the 2nd warehouse mission unlocked the gym for me. It just got a bit more annoying with the zombies and had money because of it.

Sometimes tha game also get confused in the morning and it restards Sato's introduction at which point you can't go to Yatashima's offifces/gym as they bouncer says that I need to investigate the mob trouble which I'm guessing is reffering to the starting event of the game ...

How do you avoid the ashes ending? Did I take too long to complete the final mission or I've made a bad choice down the way?
I didn't have many options with Suzuki besides ending him and I couldn't see any other option past that event.
Got the gas mask and kept mrs lust at lower levels.

Not sure about the fortune teller (God in the translated version :))
I've tried speed running earlier saves, and I think the issue was that I've went on the mission during the 50th day and you need at least one more day to receive a message from Yatashima about visiting the basement of the corporation where you fight the super mutant.
I just need to balance the days left to beef up my MC as the mutant is hard to kill, for some reason after a few attacks you start missing all time, plus you can only go Yatashima office to use the gym if FMC is with you for some reason.

Does the game always end on the 50th day or there is a quest that triggers a count down?
Not sure if my completionist side wanting to do all the side quests and take time to beef up stats/items, not talking about endless/pointless grinding but it feels more rewarding than a speed run.

I tried, but when I interact with the elevator I get a message that says to look again in the office more thoroughly.
You have 3 points to check in the desks, 2 points to check in the kitchen (upper left corner near the keycard station) and the keycard station itself.
After doing all the points you should be able to go back.
