Does Anyone Else get the feeling from the start that Daisy's story is just Bullshit? By the time they got to the Burger joint, I was wondering how many times has she played out this "Today's my 18th birthday and I just got kicked out of the shelter, so I'm moving in with you. Oh, and BTW, you're my Daddy. SURPRISE!!!" act with her Johns, er, "Clients". TOO much crap, er, "coincidinks" (to use Bugs Bunny's term)...

Oh, and it's pretty obvious that the waitress is more interested in getting into Daisy's panties than getting a decent tip. Her attitude towards MC (who is the one PAYING for the meal!) is downright rude and, if she made a habit of it, would get her fired in real-world restaurants.

The rendering looks REAL GOOD- no complaints there. But story development is just a typical nonsensical porn movie. And you are trying to be a bit better than THAT, aren't you? While I do like that the girls are ok with sex with MC (even if you choose "Daddy") from the start and there's not the usual grind, damn, just wait 2 minutes until we get through the door, Honey!

Now, seriously, I can't make heads or tails of the beginning of the game. I don't know if I should make her my daughter, cousin, friend, or whatever... I understand the basic idea you are working from, and what the aim probably is, but there are no clues whatsoever in game. Then the "sisters" arrive and I am even more confused... did the MC really forgot he impregnated 3 women around the same time? Is he amnesiac? What's going on here? I've tried to get past this, I really have, but I always end up giving up and leaving it for another day, ending the session and forgetting it until I see a new update. Where I end up restarting to see if it makes more sense, it doesn't.

So, mrbigchungus can you help me with some direction of what your intentions with the story are? What is the recommended relationship and why? Is there a benefit even? Or is Landlord and Tenant (how I hate these, you have no idea) the only logical way? Can you shed some light on the past that leads to the MC forgetting he could probably be a father of three?

The thing is, the sexual content is fine and dandy, whether it's incest or not, whether it's Lesbian (yes please) or not, but, the reason we play VN's is because of story, not the porn (well about 49.99% the porn). If the story premise doesn't hold water, the rest of it falls to the ground.

Therefore I ask for your help in clarifying this. I have no real opinion on the development after the arrival of the "sisters" because I haven't gone further... my suspension of disbelief falls flat there.

I can't even say if I dislike it or not, I can't move from the start. Hope I can make myself understood.

I think dev started out with a plan in mind but the threads loosened somewhere along the line. The plot with Daisy was pretty good IMO, the only issue being how quickly that relationship ramped up. Less than 24h and shes already dropped her panties. Aside from that fast burn, I think dev kept the scenarios pretty hot. Maybe diluting it a bit to slow it down, and also trying to make MC not sound like a moronic simp (like I mentioned earlier). I don't even think this sort of story needs an overarching grand story. Just something simple like the LIs preparing for college, or trying to find jobs. "Landlord" type games have the benefit of making even the most mundane activities of every day very erotic, so they should be relatively easy to plot out.

mrbigchungus I tried to play past the first day the sisters arrived, but I'll be honest I was having a lot of difficulty. I get that the three sisters are all supposed to be huge sluts right from the get-go, but for me atleast, that makes the game boring - especially if its all pretty much on the rails and you don't really have to put any sort of effort. I feel like this game would've benefited greatly from atleast some sort of corruption theme, but that is just from my perspective/preference.

I know I'm rambling at this point, but one thing I also wanted to add is - I don't think branching paths are really super necessary, as my two cents going into your new game. Usually people playing a certain type of game already know what path they will choose going into their first playthrough. From my perspective, branching paths are only there for replayability of the game, and if that isn't part of your vision from the outset, then to include it would just detract from the game overall. Flavor text can be just as erotic as branching paths and consequences.

Eh, what's there is basically what was there (minor edits aside) since...last May, I think about a year and a half ago. This fat gorilla moves fast (well, fat man in a gorilla suit, but still).

And if you're curious, the newest title from this gorilla has been in the works - and been reworked a few times - since April of this year, about seven months now. That title (name to be announced) has around ~200 images, and 3 or 4 animations, multiple custom sound effects, and arguably, an infinitely better on-ramp to the story than HHD.

I've been at this for years, and it might be a surprise, but this is my 7th complete title, with two abandoned and the latest already in the works, it's time for game number ten from this fatass. Naturally it's only the second title from this here brand, because after I got extra large, the only clothing I could purchase was a second hand gorilla suit.

Point being, living in a gorilla suit has taught me a few things. The most important being, when the race is done, just like Michael Jordan, it doesn't matter how many points I scored, or if I remembered to stick my tongue out when I dunked. The thing to do now is review game footage (play games, mine & others), understand the competition, and work to improve. In any given action movie or book, it's the second act where the guy loses weight, gets buff and like Van Damme, prepares for that last struggle where victory or defeat is on the line.

Now, if you were going to suggest or ask about the *bonus* content that I've shared is coming next month, then you'd have my full undivided attention, because now is the time to adjust the salt & pepper, taste test, and ensure the dish is what we expect.

It's impossible to improve a meal once that food has been digested right? Because at that point, we're just digging around in poop.

I shared the bonus edition - after the finished version - with patrons last week. It's out today for the next level of patrons, etc. Details are there pretty clearly.

And it's also (as the 1.0) available on Itch for folks that aren't into Steam, etc.

I don't mind the fast burn story I don't really like slow burn stories but at the same time i like a good story with my porn. But i do have a couple of gripes 1. the lesbian stuff was a bit to much needs to be toned down a few notches I don't mind a little during 3somes with MC involved but the dialog outside of sex scenes is a bit to much the girls seemed a little to much into each other also with other women. 2. Some of the animations during sex scenes were ok but some of them were just Meh. They need polishing. MC dick going in and completely coming back out is not good and the movement needs to be more fluid. A bit more contact during sex. And sex sounds sounded like a cheap japanese AV in short loops.

I'm going to restore the animated scene ( Rose / Naomi lesbian scene) which was removed in the bonus edition, along with adding some new content.

These scenes won't end up part of the main story as I probably have some rewrites to do already (holler if you see something...) and overwhelmingly, I haven't had a single person complain, whine, troll, cry, shout, or freak out from the game having that content removed.

And you know what? I wish I'd caught the first dude here who said "F--- that scene," because I didn't even read the issue the first time. Only noticed when the second person quoted the first and said, "Yeah, that's bullshit." I'm always trying to improve; those bits of story were a let down for everybody.

Are you still planning to restore the scene? Now I now why this scene doesn't currently makes sense in the game. Because Daisy and Lily talk about something going on between Naomi and Rose (when they "confess" to mc that they are fucking eachother) but that is nowhere to be found.

There's also another comment I found in the thread, that isn't in the game currently:
"You go to a gym where you meet the coach of the cheerteam. The following convesation (all the while she is fondling Lilly) makes it pretty clear that she is banging the whole team including Lilly."

So Lily has been getting fucked behind Mc's back as well? And you are planning to add that again? WHY? That is ntr, other games like Seducing the devil, have gotten the tag for lesbian scenes. And games get the tag even if the scene is avoidable or "Non canon".
It is supposed to be a "special" relationship between the four but what is special about it if they are just fucking around with other people anyway.
Plus the scene with the waitress would make no sense if that were the case. Because both Rose and Lily and even Daisy get extremely angry and pissed if you fuck the waitress. But how can they get angry about mc fucking her when they are getting fucked themselves by other people outside the "harem", basically cheating on him. It makes no sense and only makes them seem like hypocritical and retarded/shameless sluts.

This is one of the few games where I play without avoiding lesbian content ( because you miss sooo much content if you disable it, including the threesomes). And so far it hasn't been bad at all, the only scene that doesn't include MC is a flashback scene with a strapon and it is optional to see it. But the girls fucking with randos behind mc's back, even if they are woman, is taking it too far.

I've been working on that for ...maybe 2.5 weeks, or so, and the last patch to the completed game was last week.
