While I'm 90% focused on Milfy Cases right now, I'm still slowly putting together more content for the HHD DLC which Patreon supporters have access to, and the release notes for the first chunk of the DLC are in this page (free).
Other than that first scene, I've got four additional scenes in various stages of polish. As a holiday bonus for Patreon supporters, I'll be sharing a second scene in the next few weeks. Additionally, folks will be able to buy the DLC if all goes well in the next 3 months, give or take, as before I can submit the DLC for review there, I need to finish everything that goes into it.

Yeah, I can see that. I'm almost done with the last animation(s) for the DLC as planned, perhaps this week or so, and then I've got static images, story, and audio to do - plenty left. But during the week, since I'm away at the day job, I can run some experiments to see if I can make anything look interesting.
Though, full disclosure, if I think it looks hideous, I reserve the right to trash any & all images or animations. I try to avoid shipping things I don't think are hawt.

After the canonical Harem Ending...there's a new post-credits scene that has the MC pondering, "What if I'd made different decisions? What if I only wanted Daisy, Lily, or Rose?" And then a menu: Experience the ending with:
Thing is, from the stats, very few people get all the endings in the game, and I'd like to make it easy to experience / unlock those other endings without just adding a "gallery unlock," which is a possibility, but I don't think that's a great experience.

I've got a list of updates for the game planned, the priority is of course the new DLC content which I'll be adding to the base game instead of selling as an additional purchase. The first two scenes of five or so planned are on Patreon, and the other 3 have yet to be released. For Steam / Itch, I'll probably share those later this month.

. I shared on Patreon earlier (with the $1 membership, you get all my games...) that the DLC content will no longer be a DLC but I'll be re-packaging the scenes into the main game.
Why is that? A few previews before I get into the why of it all.
See, if I shipped Her Heart's Desire now instead of back in 2022, with the state it's in, I believe the game would do better.
However, all but ~5 reviews on Steam are from the original version of the game before all the updates (I spent a year post launch updating the original) and only those five are from the remake becoming the default experience. So what you play, today, is a far superior product.
Is it perfect? Nah, but it's a ton better than it was.
Maybe updating the base game a few more times will get more people to give it some love and post reviews. That's my hope.
And for those who like to compare & contrast, the original version of the game is included when you buy it, so you get the remake *and* the older version. At least on Steam. On my Patreon, it's only the new version that's included.
So...if you have favorite characters that aren't featured as much as you'd like, or locations you'd like to see more of, lemme know, and I'll at it to my backlog of stuff I will eventually do, in between working on Milfy Cases, or helping my partner with Horny Holiday version 4.0.
It's a question of consistency. Of course the raison d'etre for the game is in those moments where the 'tenants' use the 'affectionate name' and not 'MC name'. Otherwise, it's just weird, and not in the slightest bit erotic.
Gotcha, as I said, I'm more than happy to make any changes. I've got a list of stuff from Discord suggestions that are going to happen...eventually, and of course, the DLC scenes that will be extra content into the game.
At this point, 3+ years after I said it was "done," I'm basically committed to regular updates for the next long while, until either I get sick of them or there's zero interest remaining in the game. Even then, I might decide to tinker a bit, since I want more folks to enjoy the experience of playing my work.
