Maybe I'm the only dumbass here but just in case, you can get the regular heart points by cookie clicking her on the main menu. My dumb ass thought you could only get points through the service cutscenes [and subsequently took forever to unlock stuff, or at least slower than the cookie clicker way].

Seriously, the relationship between cohabitation games and incest is like the relationship between female protags and rape (or male protag + either harem or NTR): it's extremely expected, and this is a major turn off for those who like one but don't like the other.
Seriously, I'm not even asking for something at the level of "sex only after marriage" and other overly vanilla things, I'm only asking for a non blood related couple that lives together. Are the devs of these games all children of divorced or incestuous parents? So they aren't able to imagine 2 non blood related people living under the same roof?

This is a typical yandere plot. And seriously, there's such a drought of stories with them that, although I'm only into (and VERY into) the ones with good endings and alike, such crumbs are not so terrible.

As for your incest worries, there is indeed no incest. They're just childhood friends and she refers to MC as "oni-chan", but they're very def not related, and MC moved away years ago before returning to their hometown. Have at it
