Unlucky for you, but you happen to comment on one of the (few?) games where the character in question has both male and female genitals so the tag is correct.
If you want to call the person in question male purely on the basis of there being a dick, that is your prerogative, but in this case you would be wrong in my opinion. Everyone in the game refers to the character as her, so I'd wager this would be the way the dev wants it.
Futanari is Japanese for hermaphrodite, so futa is somebody who got both genders.

Is that referring to breast expansion?
If so, there isn't currently any content like that. There might be some hyper content in a non-canon bonus render, but expect any sort of change in breast size in the game to be related to pregnancy (and potentially something else I'm not going to spoil).

Too lazy to confirm but I believe a couple pages before similar question was asked and Max will seemingly not penetrate MC. Someone fact check me!

Unlike a lot of games, there's no public releases, so it's all down to it being leaked.
Go subscribe to the dev and leak it yourself if you feel it's taking too long. It's out for the $1 tier now, no sweat off the dev's back if someone chooses to be the hero at this point.
