You guys can see the titles of the posts on subscribestar publicly. There's no reason to speculate.
The only thing posted has been previews for 0.5, implying it isn't released yet. The only reason there's a "LINKS FOR ALL TIERS" post after the first 0.5 preview is because the preview was done before the 0.4 update released for all tiers.

Version 0.5 is here!
This version features:
774 new renders
141 new animations
3 new bonus images (+ 28 Holiday Renders!)
and ~24,300 new words of dialogue.
In addition, I will also be including 147 renders in 4K. Please wait until you finish the update to open these as they contain spoilers. I'll have links for PNG and WEBP versions of the 4K Renders.

Roots ($8)- NOW!
Trunk ($6)- February 7th at 12:01am (just after midnight) (1 week)
Branch ($3.50)- February 14th at 12:01am (just after midnight) (2 weeks)
Leaf ($1)- February 28th at 12:01am (just after midnight) (4 weeks)
Each tier will have a separate post containing the links to download the game.

The update is only for those who paid for it over on Substar however. Us filthy freeloading scum will have to wait a month before we partake in its inevitable glory.

amazing update, but i was a little bit disappointed.
anyway i know it's sound like nitpick, but what can i do, betty is my favorite in this game.

What a game. Great dev rate as well. Might have to sub. Glad to see we have artisanal crafters at work.
I think I saw a post from phdusa a couple of months ago, stating that he would no longer be updating or providing new android ports for games? Something about issues with Discord maybe?

Man, you could wait a little longer , The developer of this game is the coolest I've seen in years and you do this to him. We want to support him so that he can continue with this beautiful work and not discourage him with this type of attitude, especially since no one asked to leak the game now, as we know that this would only discourage him. Please! Don't do it again, wait at least a month, we can handle the wait. Let us support you and not discourage you.
For what little it's worth, you're (still!) at the top of my list of devs to subscribe to once I shuffle things around a bit more in the mess that is my personal finances. Potential leaks be damned, I amJeez guys, couldn't wait a bit longer before leaking?
(Also: I didn't actually intend to make that incredibly poor quality joke there, but I noticed the typo after writing out the whole word and thought "You know what? Fuck it. That was so dumb it was funny, at least to me!")
