59 the quest starts in the bandits' cave, you must have completed the quest 56. Quest 58 is only for patreons. You need to look at the quest log, there is all the information about the available quests and their description.

Quest 56 is completed, judging by the screenshot, Hermione is standing in front of the entrance to the bandits' lair, which she can't get into, what else can you tell me?)))
Still having a problem...I cannot see anything in either place...is there a specific time of day? I can see little dog wandering around but no 'exclamation mark' shows anywhere.

That dog is not the dog you will searching. The actual dog present in the farm go to the farm but before that you have to talk with the kids in hogs head or with detective in hogameade. If you talk with detective then no scenes just conversation but if you talk with kids there is a lewd scene so talk to them. Also for exact location i shared a video walkthrough some pages ago find that and watch it.
