In Quest 54, Sasha will be waiting at the Hogsmeade pier. From 18 to 20 hours. Then you need to go to the place where Hermione met with the Weasley brothers.

For Quest 56, the secret entrance is in the bottom right corner of the map in between the hollow tree, the single tree trunk and the small pair of tree trunks

You can try to make a copy of the "Prt_Lavender_Brown_N1.rpgmvp" file, rename it to "Pic_Lavender_Brown.rpgmvp" and copy it into the game.
If it doesn't work. Or take any picture with a resolution of 1024*768, rename it to "Pic_Lavender_Brown.png" and copy it into the game ("pictures" directory).thanks a lot
Even at the beginning of the dialogue (event), hold down the "Enter" key. The dialogue (event) will go very quickly and the game may not "understand" that something is missing. But it doesn't always work!
