We meet Ron's brothers at the Three Broomsticks. Then we go to the constable. We look for two guys we already know. They are in their secret clearing (the outskirts of Hogsmeade, below). Then we go to a small village (to the right of the farms, the farms are to the right of Hagrid). In the village we go through a small passage to the north. We examine the notice board. Then we return to the village and go to the right. There is an event marker. I think so.

Admittedly, it's sometimes difficult to find your way around despite the clues if you don't know every location, but the game already provides a hint for each active quest.

But there should definitely be hints for side events, since you don't want to run through every room between each quest, hoping to discover a shady scene happening to an NPC.

Try from an earlier save. I advise you not to use saves created by the game at the end of the game releases. (This is when you see the inscription "End of release")
