After looking into it a bit more, it's MTL from Chinese, using a pretty bad translation tool. Not even close to full English, at times it's impossible to understand. It's the Official release, but I think the quality of the translation might warrant a tag of "English (MTL)" on the first page.

The NTR part is optional, you can choose either lending your girl to the Farne for NTR route or dont to unlock Love route, which unlock new love scene at the inn that grant bonus stat.
About the expensive inn, just sell the Coin dropped by some enemy or useless item. The inn is more for events because you actually can fully healed in church or in certain dungeon instead.

There will always be someone complaining about NTR/cheating even if it's 99% sex with the protagonist. Just like you mentioned, any sort of promiscuity from the heroines will have someone whine about NTR.

You have to bring your girl's affection to 100 and go to (pervert aristovrat's home) the house that is to the left of the old man's house that does not give the information about the fairy at the beginning of the game. a nobleman in that house enlightens us to the NTR world.
