The NTR part is optional, you can choose either lending your girl to the Farne for NTR route or dont to unlock Love route, which unlock new love scene at the inn that grant bonus stat.
About the expensive inn, just sell the Coin dropped by some enemy or useless item. The inn is more for events because you actually can fully healed in church or in certain dungeon instead.

Well, after poking around with RPG Maker I have found the password in Coder house. Note that it will give extremely powerful weaponry and max your level.... when the game is piss easy anyway. Also at the end of the game you have choice to unlock all CG anyway.

It ain't MTL but its not a great translation. Its serviceable but expect some really awkward sentences and mild nonsense every now and then.
Translation is pretty bad. Extremely broken phrases and translations that don't make sense like "dangerless". Clearly not translated by someone who actually speaks english. It's not unreadable, but it's pretty painful. Honestly feel like with how much MTL has progressed lately that MTL would've done a better job.
Sentences like "I can't imagine the heterosexual with you". No idea if the game is any good or not because the broken language makes me not even want to try, but I can't believe they're actually charging money for this.

It's just me or the mc is based in Rance? With the description it seem likely. I pass if that's the case because Rance is a jerk of a character.

The patch was already previously applied so no need to install any patch from Otaku-plan. As for more images. That was all that I could find and I don't have time to decrypt the game and pull H-scenes to put in the OP.
