I have been thinking this for some time now, but this game really needs something that would improve the game massively:
An improved Gallery/Memories
Let me list my problems with the current Memories mechanic:
1- So the memories are incredibly bugged right now, you are only able to select the Others (the smaller NPC's who aren't the main characters) when you first select Cecille. If you are at Sera's, Lavinia's, Vi's, Ein's or Elena's gallery the option to move to the Others won't appear.
2- If you choose to unlock gallery it unlocks ALL of them, not only the one you are right now.
3- I know for a fact that the Others section is missing many CG's and some heroines, such as Mary.
4- Once a gallery is unlocked it can't be locked again. So if you wanted to go in blind on a second playthrough unlocking everything once more you can't.
5- The memories are an event gallery, they drop you right at the start of the segment of that particular gallery. There is no CG-only gallery.
6- This is a pretty big game with lots of minor characters, sometimes you can forget who they are if you haven't played for a time.
My suggestions:
1- Fix the bug in which you are only able to select the Other gallery by first selecting Cecille's gallery
2- Make it so if you choose to unlock galleries it only unlocks the specific character gallery whose page you are on, not all of them from everyone.
3- Put all the missing CG's from minor characters on the Others gallery.
4- Make it possible to lock galleries/memories again if you so choose.
5- Add a CG-only gallery, where ALL CG's, NOT ONLY THE SEXUAL ONES, are available to be seen by the player, being unlocked as they progress through the game.
6- Add a minor section where you have character card for each character, both major and minor, which briefly describes describes them, without spoilers, so that we may keep track on who is who.
Perhaps the character cards for NPC's which we haven't encountered yet can appear shadowed, only unlocking when we encounter the character for the first time in the gameplay (or unlocking it in the gallery itself like the other memories).

I found this game's writing to be phenomenal, the art drew me in but the world building and character writing kept me entranced. OH AND THE MUSIC IS AMAZING. after reading your post I'll definitely go check out Demons roots.

Im playing on joiplay and i cant save my game because everytime i press Esc an error pops up. Anyone know a solution?

Honestly don't treat it as an eroge. it is a jrpg first and eroge second, not NTR either so can't guarantee it'll be fetishes that you like. I didn't get one erection throughout the whole game but its still my favorite eroge and maybe JRPG in general because of how amazing the story/characters are
