Never watched naruto, but if thats how she looks like in the series then there was no real reason for the breast enhancements imo. If youre into it, more power to you.

I believe Tsunade's boobs are a little too much, but since she is the only character with such outstanding boob size I believe it is okay, the game is realy good and I just can't wait to have access to the new update

Somewhere in this thread there is a full save for the previous update. Starting from there you can get all new scenes in 5minutes. The update is this short.

EDIT: I just realized. A full save only contains data that marks all quests as done. To get gallery scenes, you probably need to like replay the scenes to have the variables unlock. Just a heads up, you might want to wait for a gallery code if you're just itching for sex scenes.
Quite a few scenes are replayable if you talk to characters, so they should then unlock in gallery.
