I don't know about the slave content.
About the pregnancy, i guess it is only ending, when I went to the recollection room, I saw pregnancy only on ending.
Oh, and if i am not wrong the pregnancy here is only egg type.

there are games thast have LITERRALLY 1 pic for a game end pregnancy,thus get the tag. you have to read comments and hopefully some1 post someting about it. its just annoying

Exactly, there are games which are not tagged as "pregnancy", but they have pregnancy, such as Succubus Adventure, and there are games which are tagged as "pregnancy", but they have almost no preg scene, such as this game.
